oh I can take the heat, mostly? heat itself isn't much of a problem if it's dryer out
it's the humidity that makes it unbearable for me, personally
I've got asthma. heat+high humidity makes it feel like you're breathing soup
in a situation where you're already very physically compromised, ykno
I'd like to wear, like, thinner clothing, maybe a tank top would be nice?
I'm sure that'd do something to mitigate the issue, if only temporarily
but ykno, closeted transgirl problems
perhaps someday eheh

this is actually my second playthrough recently,
on the hardest difficulty just to see how that fairs
and honestly, it's just as fun.
they toss a heck of a lot more Barons at ya, but the
super shotgun basically solves every problem so

yeah there's so much left over from the last few years that I really do hope I can work on and achieve in this new decade.
wanna actually learn a bit about how to make music. I've waffled around long enough on this wingin-it thing, it's starting to hurt me in the long run here.
I'm ready to buckle down and start doing it the right way.
(well, there is no real 'right' or 'wrong' way, I think it's just.. becoming less and less of the right thing for me.)
I used to draw, loooong before I ever cared about anything pertaining to music. then I started learning music, and excelled at that way faster than I ever was at drawing.
kinda quit after I graduated high school. would like to get back into that in some kinda way.
would also just like to, I dunno, do some general gamedev stuff? I have way, way too many ideas that just come up with absolutely no way of realizing them.
and if I could make good, stable money off of that then that'd be real neat.
and then there's just the whole, I'm trans and really wanna become a girl on all fronts besides just how I feel inside. it's been bottled up too long, I just want it out there.
there's... a lot of stuff that has to happen to start that, but, I'll manage it somehow.
there's probably more than that that I'm just forgetting. it's a generally decent all-around list tho, imo

doom eternal and the re-release of doom 64 have me playing through 64 again. both through EX and on original hardware (I have it on cart now !! aaaa)
...not that I really needed any particular reason to play doom 64, I suppose :p

picked up off my old save on Luigi's Mansion on just a random whim a few days ago. I had only just beat the dancing couple, so I definitely wasn't too far in
this was kinda sparked off of watching a playthrough of the third game (despite, like, I own it and could play it myself? but doing that is hard, somehow)
and wow, this game just has so much charm, doesn't it? so much that I wish bled into the sequels, but really hasn't sadly. they're fine games, just...
there's something missing with em. and I mean just in the aesthetics really, as what I've played of 2 and 3 are perfectly fine. but elsewhere, lm1 is just
oozing with its own style, and I love it.

it's a shame too - I was too young to really 'get' what Animal Crossing was about when New Leaf released
but friends who I'd made later on who were still playing it, some few years afterwards, which really gave me a generally good
impression of the game
and so I expected New Horizons to kinda carry that same trend, and as such considered maaaaybe getting it for myself.
but, I had it in mind to hold out a little bit and see if it would even last the first few months, and what others were saying
about it in that meantime
and this is the kind of result I had feared would happen. so... maybe if I'm gonna get into AC, it might be with a previous entry.
orrrrrr maybe I'll wait to see what all the patches and updates bring. I dunno
