The same author's later hack (Mario's Nightmare Quest) is actually mostly playable but it's not much better in terms of actual quality lol |

BMF54123 and Xkeeper waited. They were trying to capture Kanye West, but he was too far in his Hip Hopping Career to be brought to the Captain's Lair. How would they capture him? Suddenly, Jimmy Kimmel and Josh Groban stormed through the window and proceeded to kidnap Kanye.
"Dammit," BMF54123 said. Xkeeper was mute, mouth ajar.
Minutes passed. Sighing, Xkeeper drew their katana and committed seppuku. But before they did so, explosions popped out of Will.i.am's stone statue.
Afterwards, the Eldrazi kidnapped BMF54123, leaving Xkeeper fighting King Daniels, the Supreme Leader of the Phyrexians. Meanwhile, in Canada there was mutiny afoot, as they were betrayed by literally everyone on Hook's Ship thanks to Kanye's influence. Chaos reigned.
Xkeeper was screaming, while the Joker grabbed a copy of Jessie J's Insanity Sword, that venomous blade which set up us previous warriors now that BMF54123 had been kidnapped. All of the Netherworld went sardine fishing in the Great Barrier Reef. What who when where

Yoshin (from MFGG), Mathos (from SMWC) and I have been coming up with plans for a new SMW hacking site because of how unbearable SMWC has become. I named it "Blue Jay's Cage" after that one unused cage thing.
Despite its reasonings for existing, it's not meant to compete with SMWC, I just want a western SMW hacking joint that with a design philosophy closer to the Japanese scene (anything goes in terms of levels as long as its not completely unplayable) and the Sonic scene (more support to ASMers rather than just shafting them into "request slaves" and ASM section janitors), while having a positive, non-toxic forum culture.
Also have a wiki for easier organization of documentation and tutorials (fuck Kieran).
Might also discuss with the others to make a sort of "homebase" for FL4SHK and Katrina's respective SMW editor projects on the site, as well, both to help them with development and also to put an end to FuSoYa's bullshit.
Mathos is setting up the groundwork for the site, but he's currently busy with school work so it's on pause.
When he has free time I'm gonna ask him to school me on html and shit so I can help with that too rather than just dumping everything on the poor guy.
I am aware this is basically going full circle lol

Meanwhile, my stomach bacteria came back some weeks ago but I've been taking meds for it.
It's more or less over, need to do blood tests now.
Thank god I didn't have to stay at the hospital this time, hated that.
My shitty family doctor was an idiot and refused to do tests back in August to check if it was fully gone, sooooooo
Hate him too, incompetent asshat, he's clearly only there for the money.
Also suffering bodily pains again, possibly flu?
I'm getting better though and really that's all that matters.
Also lowkey pissed off at the fact no one wants to do anything to keep SMW hacking from dying off
I really want to keep it alive and take it away from Kieran and Fu's grubby little hands but I also feel like I'm powerless to do it
Edit: Also my birthday was last Thursday (the 29th). I was still a bit sick so I didn't celebrate much. Still had fun tho! Guess I'm 21 now.

I started Ys V, at Ramzen Plains. It's trying really hard to be Zelda or Mana, but it's still fun.
Got past Hollow Bastion on Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+ weeks ago too but my stomach virus (it's gone now) kinda got me out of the mood to play that.
My Paper Mario playthrough's at Chapter 3, also not in the mood to play it rn because Mario RPGs are super slow paced.
And I'm also replaying Pokémon Red. Catching Pokés I find cute/cool then going for full Pokédex (using cheats because blah) in the post game. Beat Misty, heading to Bill's house. Current team is Squirtle, Pidgey, Nidoran♀, Pikachu and Oddish. Also have a Jigglypuff and a Clefable but I don't really intend on using em. Gonna try to get an Abra for Psychic type representation.
Might replay Romancing SaGa 1 (or play the PS2 remake) sometime later when I'm done translating the data on Romancing Tiger's Nest.
Also in a Mega Man mood. Beat Mega Man 1 for like the umpteenth time, and now I'm replaying MM2 difficult mode.

Truxton 1&2/Tatsujin and Tatsujin Ou are two of the hardest shmups that aren't manic or danmaku, mostly due to stage length. Wishin you the best!
