| It's still wrong, since that boss is really really REALLY fucking hard, and just appeared much easier than he should due to the massive slowdown he had. I've made it through the game too. The Guy IS harder than pretty much every other segment in the game. |

![]() New page is up. And yes, I know - the font sucks, and the sound effects/Moldorm's speech looks horrendous. We were going to hand-text this one, but a faulty scanner didn't allow that. This one'll probably be redone later. But hey, "fighting" scene! Originally posted by NightKev Yeah, I'm neither a good artist nor a good spriter, so the only way I managed to give on of my sprites a suit of armor was to paint Mega Man's body grey. We're probably going to redo those older strips for consistancy. As for Melvin, yeah, my plot layout has him appearing somewhere down the line, but since he didn't really interact a whole lot with Adamant and his supporting cast, he won't really be a main character. Given that the characters have currently been thrown into another dimension, there won't really be a whole lot of SF-related stuff until they get back to our world anyway. |

| I have a sneaking suspicion it involves that fact that you don't really need to understand the text to play the game, and the fact that it WAS already professionally translated (and localized). I can't really imagine the plot being horribly interesting. Granted, I haven't actually played this translation yet, but a good plot is hardly something the genre is well known for. |

Would've been funnier if this hadn't happened in nearly every bad sprite comic on the interweb already, though ![]() |

| Shin Onigashima had some pretty awesome tracks. Good choice for music ripping. ...they really need to put Mega Man in the sequel, if only for the chance of remixing some classic themes from his games. |

| I'm certain this article will get a fair amount of bitching for "offending" homosexuals. I'm just as certain the complaining advocates against this horribly insulting article will neither be gay themselves, nor personally know anyone who is. You know it's true. |

| Well, it's been a while (almost a month already? Eep), but we managed to work out the problem with the ugly speech bubbles and the horrendous font. I think you'll all agree this new style is a vast improvement. And so, the story continues: ![]() |

| Gauntlet or some Gauntlet clone. No one can give you anything better due to the pretty much non-existing information you gave us. |

| Mystery of the Emblem is a remake of the first game (that reduced the original 25 chapters to 20, and removed a bunch of characters, including my good buddy Rif, who has been sighted in screenshots from the DS game, pretty much proving that it's a remake of the original) with an all-new sequel campaign thrown in as well, continuing Marth's story after the end of the original. The FE series has never ever officially used numbers, but this is the third game in the series, so it's generally referred to as FE3. Gaiden, likewise, is FE2 - there's no "FE2" the non-FE1 stuff in FE3 was based on, the new campaign was made specifically for that game. |

Well, it's been a while, but a new page is finally ready. Once again, we're trying a different approach to the speech bubbles. New main character, too:![]() Also, special crossover event to celebrate April Fool's Day: ![]() ![]() |

| I'm afraid the colored strip isn't part of the comic - as I mentioned, this was a short "crossover" (well, main character swap) with the comic strip "The Saga of Dadaph Serraph" (which can be read here if you happen to know Norwegian - it's a great strip, warmly recommended), so the colored strip was that comic's part of the crossover. (actually, I had absolutely nothing to do with the crossover either, it was done completely by my artist and the author of Dadaph) |

| Not really bad "timing", but... I was trying to get the Diskun trophy in Melee, and the only bonus I was missing was that stupid "No Damage Clear" crap. I tried the Donkey Kong down-B spam tactic (you know, the one that only works 90% of the time -when you need it to work 15 times in a row, that's not very good odds) on All-Star Mode for the billionth time or so (as I said, it's not as good a tactic as people pretend), got to the Game and Watch level, wisely realised it wouldn't work well there and beat the bastards manually (which isn't very hard). I had beaten all of them except one, still without having taken any damage, did a spinning attack towards it... I hit him, and he died, so I beat the mode. I also hit a barrel that spawned right in front of him as I was spinning. The barrel exploded and added a couple percentage to my damage meter. Yeah. I didn't touch the game again for months. Eventually got that stupid bonus with Falco on Classic, which was a hell of a lot easier than DK-spamming All-Star. |

| That's a problem with these newer Sonic games - too much focus on the emeralds as plot devices, making it impossible to make collecting them optional. Is it that impossible to come up with some other story? And hey, what about the Super Emeralds, what plot hole did they fall into and disappear? |

| I assume it would, theoretically, be possible on Wario's Battle Canyon, a course that can be manuevered around very quickly, if the stars constantly ended up right in front of people's faces, people constantly got high numbers on the die, and minigames with high money prizes were constantly played (plus a hefty amount of plus blocks appearances and the like, coupled with a ton of visits to Boo to steal other peoples' stars. I don't think Toad moves in a set pattern, so it should be possible for one player to meet him at least twice a round. |
