THIS FORUM IS BAD BECAUSE IT IS NOT A JIMMY KIMMEL SLASHFIC DISCUSSION FORUM. I GIVE IT A NEGATIVE 10 OUT OF POSITIVE 10. ABSOLUTELY HORRID. WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND

BTW, CAN SOMEONE CHECK THIS 'I AM NOT A ROBOT' CHECKBOX FOR ME? ER, UH, I LOST MY GLASSES AND CAN'T FIND THE BOX SO THAT I CAN CLICK ON IT. YEAH. THAT'S IT.

Does TANE count?

...no?

Fine, then try this or this or this or this or this or this or this or this or these or this or this or these.

...wow, I have a lot of these bookmarked.

I still like Windows 10, but I really do think it's more flawed than 7 is.

- lack of theming (version updates that break it)
- not being able to turn off updates (i mean i GET the motivation behind why they're doing that... but still... c'mon)
- the share 'charm' (or w/e its called) as well as the My People taskbar thing'm ONLY working with UWP apps (why????? the ability to share photos from explorer directly to discord would be Very Good imo)
- the striking suspicion that MS made this OS based on what they THINK people would like instead of polling people directly like with windows 7 (via uservoice)
- why does the Control Panel still exist if the Settings app is supposed to be the new hotness. WHY ms. why

But it does have its positives:

- fullscreen startscreen as well as app folders
- weather and mail UWP apps are pretty good
- i kinda like the flat design honestly???
- an actual notification center so i can see that one notification bubble i missed cause i wasn't looking at the screen for 5 seconds
- myTube Beta is VERY good (even if it is a paid app)

I honestly think Windows 10 is good enough for most people. I do understand why some people would hate it, though. (I think the reason I haven't completely dumped it by now is because I like to turn my computer off at night, unlike X. )

Hypnospace Outlaw. From the creator of Dropsy. That's all that needs to be said. Oh, and Ikenfell too, but mostly for the looks/story rather than the gameplay.

(Also Hiveswap Act 2, but I'm pretty sure that's a given with me, hehe.)

Finally got around to playing this game and WOW is it an experience. Finished the a-sides earlier today and unlocked almost all of the b-sides. Currently slowly and sluggishly making my way through Chapter 8A, as of posting. Hopefully I won't die too much before I finish it.

But yeah, this game is gonna be one of those games that will forever be a part of my crystal heart. ❤

Finally got my QuiteRSS feeds set up properly! Woop woop! Put all my webcomics in there now and I set it up so I only get sounds/tray notifications for webcomics that don't update very often (as opposed to weekly). I am content with this setup.

Also, the MSPA website got a full-fledged redesign after... almost a decade? I think? Apparently Viz Media is handling most of the HS stuff now, and I'm not sure how to feel about it.

As long as they don't hinder Hiveswap's development I'm fine with this, but it seems they're already making changes on that front...

Yeah, that's how I feel about that too. I really hope James Roach makes a tweet thread or blog post or something about why he left soon so we can all be in the loop...

1. Thanks, Capitalism!(TM)

2. PS is still under the 'READ' link on the navbar. They really should make the other MSPAs easier to find.

And I've got two monitors in the "Pop Team Epic" configuration, hence the big black bar at the upper left.

What DE/distro is this?? :thonk:

Also, that's a VERY good monitor configuration name.
