As a person who lives in Northern Europe, even 35°C seems insanely hot, and it happened once during a summer.
Up here we have big temperature fluctuations between -23°C and -4°C. There’s endless snow everywhere.

Hai. I was reached out to by someone making a ROM hack for Super Mario 64, and he found some information about it in the SM64 subforum. I looked around and wondered what this place was. I saw the FAQ and immediately thought of joining here.

I've followed this forum for about a month now with limited success.

I'm a programmer (amateur), I like mostly sandbox-y games, though I do play some story-based ones. I'm looking forward to contributing to discussions/threads, though I often don't have enough to say.

Issue is that they're going to drop support for Windows 7 in 2 years, and there might not be anything else to switch to but Windows 10, which is not great.

Linux is an attractive alternative, but I have many many games that aren't compatible with it.

I'd never thought of even doing such a thing as saving all your chat logs.

To contribute to the discussion: I mostly don't care about old data, except when it comes to programming. I decided I didn't want to see all my old programming projects anymore so I just decided to upload them to the cloud, where I bet a lot of peoples' useless data goes.

I find it kind of annoying at times when I just want to look at the content of the webpage. This warning just pops up covering 1/4th of the page.

I honestly don't think this deadicated voice assistant thing will catch on.

The convenience of it is underwhelming, and definitely wouldn't justify the price.

We have a sauna in the house, and very occasionally I like to turn off the bathroom lights and just keep a little bit of light coming from the sauna.
Every time it’s been a nice experience, though my mind doesn’t wander off more than usual.

When it's near the end of summer, I can't wait for winter, and at the end of winter I can't wait for the summer.

There is definitely one I absolutely hate: Spring.
