Posted on 09-12-17 12:12:06 PM, in Who has played one of the Wallace & Gromit games, and why don't any of them have a page? Link
Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit, Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures, Wallace & Gromit in Project Zoo (highly overlooked), and Shaun the Sheep.

At least one for Project Zoo would be nice. It's a single-player open-world collectathon with bosses, bonus levels, quick-select weaponry, puzzles that don't quite top Portal 2's (but have WAY more variety), a killer visual storyline, and mild British humors. It was released on Xbox, PS2, Nintendo GameCube, PC (Windows), and in English and Russian. There is alternate cover art between platforms. It has cutscenes (possibly some hidden), sounds (possibly a sound test, unused sounds, or hidden sounds), very few invisible walls (this is a guess), and multiple kinds of collectible items (possibly some unused). There may even be a hidden weapon or weapon function. Unfortunately, I'm not that grand of a game file wizard, so I can't contribute much... but I would like to see a page for at least one of the games.
Thanks :1

I have two carbon-fiber longboards. One is a Rift Rocket, the other is a 121C Aileron. I need to get the 121C Rover for stunt skating and later get the Afterburner, currently in the kickstart stage.
Don't forget roller skates and scooters.

Primarily, does getting two items that multiply a certain stat value by a negative number cancel out the negative to get positive results?
Similarly, is it possible to have a negative stat? -
Penultimately, does an item resell to the store at normal or retail price?
Lastly, how does one acquire green coins?

I don't have enough credits to find out any of this myself. :f

On this network, it would be easier to access old jokes and crap if we could search for it.

Yeah I was writing it last night and was drowsy. I was looking for milk in my fridge this morning when I realized I meant "Polish." Forgive me?

Thanks. All I know is that Sails has the one that devin lacks, and Xkeeper has the rest, leaving Xkeeper's leading non-administrative competitor, Anya, with none.

For those who don't know, Mao is named after the first communist leader of China, Mao Tse-tong/Zedong, who was shortly followed in power by Deng Xiaoping. There are many rules in Mao, but the first and most important rule in Mao is 'there is no Mao in Mao.' (from Southeastern Conference Tournament Style Mao)

I play Southeastern Conference Semi-Tournament Style Mao...
...in which there are upwards of 250 rules, in which I play by about half.

Please don't tell me I'm the only one here who plays it, as it is a bit of a nerd game.
If I am not, I would like to assist in designing an online form of the game...

For an ambitious story involving teleportation, futuristic technology, alternate realities, girls wielding giant swords, friendly giants, fierce fictional creatures, wisecrack shapeshifting weirdos made of brain matter and space matter, crazy evil scythe-bearing phantoms, faceless cyborgs, immortal weasels, and a bunch of kids coming of age and learning the importance of being oneself...
...Which media form best befits to be most appealing before proceeding to other forms?

1) Novel, 2) Complete Graphic Novel, 3) Growing Graphic Novel, 4) Illustrated Novel, 5) Comic Series, 6) Manga, 7) Anime, 8) Webcomic, 9) Animated Series, 10) Screenplay, 11) Book Series, 12) Video Game [please specify RPG, JRPG, MMORPG, Platform, Collectathon, etc.], or 13) something else [please specify].

I am currently drawing the same elements of the story over and over while I discuss it with my cousin, but if we plan to go big , we want to start in the right medium.

Had I seen this sooner, I would have said "A search bar."
But it's too late. Anyway, if there was some way to actually apply the rpg thing to some kind of game. Remember those first Zelda games that didn't even have graphics? They were more like multiple-route books on tape, or rpg games with no graphics. It would be just as geeky.

The benefit, Xkeeper, would be that in order to progress, one must make posts, which should keep the place active. I might also project that it should keep people around longer. Currently I'm the most active user...

What's stopping you? Time? Money? I'm betting it's a bit of that last one… Lego gets pretty expensive! We're lucky to have somewhere nearby that specialises in Lego so we can order individual pieces, but it still gets pricey. Our Infinity Cubes cost $16 each, but only because they had a 30% off sale.

What is stopping me is I am in college 3 hours away from my LEGO table. I have turned each set I have that uses wheels into Formula race cars. Next step is build in Lego Digital Designer, save, and build something else.

I used LEGO to make many characters for the graphic novel I am creating with my cousin.

I'm a little stuck using MIDI with Garageband because the instrument plugins fail often, and I lost most of my preset sounds. Does anybody know how to troubleshoot Sound Plugins that either work and then fall silent or don't work whatsoever?
Thanks! :1

If you plan to go big, you have to start small first.

Regardless, if you want to tell that particular story and do it justice, then you'll have to work with the medium you think you can do it in, and which medium that is depends very much on how much work, time, money, and experience you and your cousin have at this point.

Thanks, Q! My cousin and I want to tell a story using the characters we had developed over a number of years, so we have a strong skeleton for how we're going to work on it. We just don't know what species this skeleton is. Is it a dragon (anime), a whale (novel), a human (screenplay), or a monster (graphic novel)? We started our passion with some drawings of the characters, and then a number of comics. I have since been a film student for 6 years, and screenwriting and other visual storytelling forms are a strong passion of mine. We then drew inspiration from Jeff Smith's Bone series, which is a graphic novel compiled over 20 years.

So I have taken note of your entire thorough advice, for which I am extremely appreciative! However, it doesn't exactly answer what I am asking... perhaps I should rephrase.

For the content I described, I am only wondering which form will be most attractive. Do people want to play video games with this content? Or do they want to binge-watch an anime series of it? Or is it the type of thing appealing to people who sit around reading manga that never seems to end (even though it eventually does end, they just started late)? Or perhaps it is something that would intrigue those following action comics or detective comics or Marvel comics... or Dynamite comics? You know... comic book printers. Then again, perhaps they want to read it in the style of a book, but they want to see what is shown because it is more fun to process things that are not extremely wordy? And then there is wanting to turn on the magic box to display an emotion-manipulative motion image... yeah, film/TV (live action or animated series like Ultimate Spider-Man or Avengers Assemble).

I just want to know what medium the material best seems to fit. My cousin and I can handle the rest, and if not, we'll have a blast trying! :1

Thanks again,
Opie

Buddy, it's "nie" in Polish.

"Ne" does, however, happen to mean no in Czech - as well as a whole bunch of other languages.

First off, I DO WHAT I WANT.
Second off... I needed that information, so thank you! I had only heard it said before, and been told it was Polish. It's not huge, but I am glad I won't embarrass myself elsewhere. :1
