I think once vaccines are a thing, COVID will simply be another one you'll need like the flu, tetanus and other things of the sort. Doubt this will remain much of a problem after that. Except...I guess anti-vaxxers will ruin everything by refusing to take it.

As far as masks becoming cultural...eh. Not sure on that one either, considering how things went while in a pandemic, I can only imagine how much care and consideration would exist after the pandemic is over.

Understandable. Speaking as a guy who has tested:

- Avidemux (basic, good for simple stuff, has less features than even Movie Maker)
- OpenShot (video previews are not accurate)
- Kdenlive (video previews are accurate, but getting the effects to work is a trial and a half)
- Olive (crashy, still in alpha)

Linux video editors suck.

but it absolutely cannot be eye color

i've got shark eyes. my eye color is almost the same color as my pupils

I usually don't delete stuff, I just archive it and compress it. Most of the things I've lost are because someone else deleted them (back when I didn't have my own computer), accidentally or intentionally. I also have an auto-backup set up from my SSD to a small space in my HDD.

I still have some files back from 2008 (but I am somewhat scared of opening them).

somewhat related, a certain program called aTube Catcher seems to be popular around here for downloading YouTube videos, at least among LAN Houses (yes they are still a thing, particularly in rural towns where internet access can be a bit ugh).

Ahh in my mind I was thinking "oh its gonna be interesting knowing how a neural network will be able to store the difference between Sonic 1 and Sonic 2 in data form" but I guess the HUD makes that an easy shortcut...

And the special stages are probably not gonna be difficult either, just most likely a special case or branch in the logic somewhere to also test for additional factors...

Almost entirely sure that that does not count as abuse, because I know someone who has coded their own alternative client without typing notifications and for years Discord has not even cared.

I'm pretty sure sending too many requests in a row (specially if you do it faster than humans normally would be able to) counts though.

Seems like Star Light in particular is proving to be more troublesome to the neural network. I wonder if it's getting it confused with Labyrinth, or if that's just more difficult to decode overall?
