Apparently, not too soon, but I'm sure eventually people will forget about it (if they haven't already.)

I've just recently gotten a new flashdrive, but it's only 400+ mb from the old one.

Of course I'm that "1 in a million" person who could use an 8 gig one and need more.

I smell something...BULLSHIT.

It is still unclear how many viewers saw the clip, from a porn movie being shown on Shorteez, an adult cable channel offered by Comcast on a pay-per-view basis.

The Super Bowl was being shown locally on KVOA. The station sends its signals — both standard definition and high definition — to Cox Communications, which then sends the signals to Comcast, station president Gary Nielsen said.

KVOA’s signal didn’t have porn on it when the station sent it over to Comcast, Nielsen said. He said his station has received no complaints from viewers who watched the game on Cox, on satellite providers such as DirecTV or Dish Network or from people who saw it through an over-the-air signal.

The porn clip was actually the second interruption Comcast’s standard definition subscribers saw, Maslyn said. A few minutes earlier, a short clip showing the closing credits of a movie on another adult channel, Club Jenna, were shown.

So, this is isolated, according to the third quote, and by the second one, they probably didn't mean for this to happen. Still, as mentioned, this is the second time ONLY STANDARD saw the "clips" and not HIGH-DEF, which leads me to believe that intentionally tried to do such a thing in order to convince people that moving to a probably more expensive service is the right option, especially with that many people watching the SuperBowl.

In light of the incident, Comcast says it will issue a $10 credit to any customers who say they viewed the 30-second clip, which featured full male nudity.

Oh thanks, as if $10 is worth the graphic scarring people of all ages saw. Thanks again .

Some people find it distrubing, you know. Plus, 30 seconds seems longer than it sounds.

Yes, because they've been brought up to find it disturbing.

I've never heard of a case where the parents bitterly engraved that porn is horrible in their child's head. Your emphasis on "scarring" in my post misses the actual point, but I digress.

I'm not saying it shouldn't be allowed either, but no two people are exactly the same.

Yeah, Comcast would totally do something like this to show their customers that HD is The Way. I hear Microsoft is gonna start including viruses in their Windows XP updates in order to get people to switch to Vista, too!

The difference is that it's happened more than once to a strict set of people, and I didn't relize that the simple idea of saying maybe they did plan this, considering the circumstances, was so critical.

There is, but it usually involves a banhammer and tends to be really painful.

Oh my god this takes less than 5 minutes if you pay attention.

Both of you are really being an asshole about it.

Lack of understanding on how it works could be it, and a seperate uploader seems easier.
