General : "Oh, and some mines from previous wars. We don't know where they are, we've been trying to rid them but our main focus..."
Crustum: "Are there any oil fields?"
General : "Yes, but only 2. It's not a major industry here. Why do you ask?"
Crustum: "What's on the gold island's shore?"
General : "More bases and ports. Other than that it's barren."

Another person walks into the large office, holding sever sheets of paper marked 'SR'.

Crustum: "General, setup land mines on that shore, and setup troops behind the shore on our main land."
General : "Yes, sir."

General election day, 1 day away.

Land mines are on the small island's shore. Troops are behind the main land's shore. Try me Mr.Crabs .

General : "There are offensive ships off of our shore. We don't have the radars here to specifically identify them, but we can fire torpedoes. What's the call?"
Crustum: "Send a radio broadcast telling them to back off. If they don't reply or move backwards, fire the torpedoes."
General : "What about the our air traffic?"
Crustum: "We'l' save that for last. We can't afford to lost those!"
Setesh(SFA) : "We'll we be addressing the nation?"
Crustum: "Tommorow, great job on your election as SFA."
General : "And my reelection. hehehe..."
Crustum: "Do we still have those oil refineries in firing position? This needs to be completely accurate!"
General : "Yes, and we've setup wells along the coast. The heat shouldn't reach any civilization."
Crustum: "Fire at my say so. We'll lose a lot forests, but it's worth the risk!"

Recap:

Back off, or get blown to pieces by our subs. Also, we're prepared to engulf our own shoreline with a blaze.

Crustum: "To war with the crabs! And to the destruction of their island!"
Crustum: "Call in!"
COM1 : "Mark."
COM2 : "Mark."
COM3 : "Mark."
Crustum: "General, pull all troops back."
Crustum: "All subs sink, except for ones mentioned."
Crustum: "Fire at will!"

Three different rockets shot out of the water. Two headed towards several ships in the sky. The thrid headed towards a large pin stincking out of the water labeled 'Well' just to the Northeast of the gold island. When that third rocket reached its target, a fountain of oil spilled into the water. The other two hit, but nothing specific was heard of.

Crustum: "Report."
General : "We have a massive oil spill, but the current should take it away from us, to the Union of Crabs."
Crustum: "How long until it gets there?"
General : "Less than 2 hours, on a windy day. With this weather, about 6."
Crustum: "Argh. Keep 004 above water, just incase."

Then there are people who find loopholes, not knowing the consequences of doing so. Think of the major societies that have fallen becuase of that. It's not that there aren't rules and guidelines, it's that they're too ignorant to know what could happen by them by not following this.
