Yes, and there are cars that run on water. The only major difference is that it uses compressed air, not hydrogen. The second law of thermodynamics isn't going to help them, and last time I checked, it takes allot of energy to compress air enough to the point where it will run a car. In allot of words, they simply changed methods of using energy, which still makes it inefficent.



Never-the-less this, it is in some way facinating...
