Fascinating finds! I'm a huge fan of the Legends series so these mean a lot to me. The tower on Glyde's illustrations highly resembles Nino Island in the final.

With the very limited Japanese I have (mostly katakana), I can make out some words in the following text. Hopefully, my examination will be of some use as I did had to resort to online sources for hiragana. Somebody with real Japanese-speaking experience should formally translate these texts.

My first post on this forum, but I could have my instructor take a look at this. Her first language is Japanese, so she may be able to assist with translation.

She took a look at it. She needed context as to why it made no sense, so I explained the game and shared pictures and she understood.

Her translation for the first one was: "Play the game you like. Old Boss is strong. Let's get him. Let's get the Big Bird."
Second translation was: "Let's protect the Nino Island. Let's get the twins: Appo and Da."

Oh, and in case there's confusion regarding who I am, I'm Chris, and I've been looking into the Legends 2 Debug build lately...
