I have made a Kirby Air Ride Editor (not released yet).
It's developed in Visual F# with using of Visual Studio 2013.
And this Editor is available for Windows.

ToDo:

Add, Move, Remove Objects
Edit Textures (Texture Hacking)
Move Spawn Location
Text Edits
More... like Hex Editor

So, uh, what can it do at the moment?

It can Edit Texts. (And it can destroy the image)

Hey everyone,

I've been trying to figure out for a while now how I am supposed to get the nsbmd data from a ROM, and then extract it into a model. So far I've found other programs that do that, but I need to actually do it in-code, without external programs. All the links I've found so far are from before 2012 and most of them contain expired references and executables.

If anyone would be able to help me, that'd be great

How in-code?

Yes it's exist a way. You can make a forwarder as *.wad. And this Wad will open your file on the SD.
But it's no porgram can convert N64 ROMS to *.dol, *.wad etc.

Or here is a Documentation by Skelux for Z64 porting to Wii Wad:
