On a related note, I'm one of the guys that can't never know how a tornado looks like IRL. This is probably because where I live, there's even an unused "No Tornado" sign somewhere... hmm...

Single diagram!!! OK!!!

But in all seriousness, PowerPoint slides should be kept simple and should be easy for your audience to read and understand. They aren't your flash cards or notes so don't jam every fact you can on every page. It is called a presentation for a reason .

Honestly, one of the more important things to do is practice what you are going to say. It is so key to practice. It will give you an idea of what you will say and, when you practice enough times, you will figure out how long your presentation will last. From there, you can add or subtract pieces of info depending on what time constraints you will have. Then keep practicing!

Seriously, it is no fun to stumble around for information when you are in front a bunch of people.

To be fair, that wasn't the best example for a presentation, most importantly because it's made for something quite different from what you're thinking. Trust me, it's a completely different monster.
If the presentation was used for "normal" reasons then I'd keep it simple, with key words and stuff like that.

Anyway, any idea of any documentation on the AGB-013 motion sensor?

Eh, I've just noticed the silver "spheres" aren't so static here

Nicely done, although I sometimes feel the "waiting time" is high.

I WAS WRONG ALL ALONG.

That's wierd there's absolutely no official documents either. Maybe one day something along the lines of the "Nintendo SGB/GBC Programming Manual" will come out.

Fair enough ! I just shot out my general opinion towards PP presentations. Whether it is right or wrong depends on the what is being presented I suppose.
Oh, shoot me...

I just have to convince myself anything on this thread is not against me.

I have to get some good ideas for a puzzle without doing like...the... "Don't click here" thread.
I went way too overboard with that.
A good puzzle could involve some clever CSS usage, like resizing and moving fake windows. Too bad I fail at CSS, but still... any ideas?

Man, these days all the stuff in a tiny bitty room has been moved.
This was supposed to be done this summer, but due to lazyness it wasn't done until now.

Originally posted by FAQ (with just one question)

-There was a lot of stuff in said small room, even unneeded crap or expired food.
Generally, lots of stuff was just sitting there, some couldn't even be removed without removing everything else. This is the end result (It's not all of it, take in mind ). All of this is normally in a very small room on the left. For reasons said below, we had to move it on the "Family room".

If I'm lucky I can even find my Atari XL

All of this to choose which stuff should remain, and what not (also, to repaint said small room). Nice!

-------

Anyway, have you ever done something like this to get rid of unneeded stuff? I hope not!

Gah! Why didn't I think of that before? That is something I should have thought of since I've seen it before. That site has a pretty good documentation for the GBA and the DS. Along with the AGB-019 cart documentation you point out, it does indeed have AGB-013 documentation as well.

This means that in theory somebody could make a GBA emulator using that documentation?

W have AGB-019 and AGB-013 on the waiting line now.

Asking for emulators supporting that feature.

That video couldn't be uploaded. Nice!

To make up for it, I made another playthrough of the first Wario Land... this time without getting hit!

Also, some extras are currently planned, but I'm not spoiling them.
LET'S TRY AND CHALLENGE (about the video editing... ugh... and then adding annotations...).

Talk about variety...but it's still one of the best games in my collection.

There seems to be an unwritten rule about me being always late to the party.

In this case, it's about watching the movie "Hunger Games".

As usual, they cut down some scenes from the book, and they changed the ending. umm....
To describe it shortly, in comparision to the book, the movie seems to have less action, I don't know how to say it. It's a good movie anyway, it's just I like the book more.

So, let's take this kids game... and take it here. Really, it's just this.

I'll start it easy:

It's a sphere.
It's not man-made.
It's edible and solid, but you can "drink" it too.

Who answers correctly wins an eCookie and becomes the next "host"!
