Thanks for raising my hopes, FieryIce. I'll try to follow your instructions and hope for the best.
In the meantime, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't hurt to send her texts containing kisses. |

Bowser's Inside Story was one of my favourite RPG games. Actually, it was pretty much the only one I've played, apart from Paper Mario Sticker Star and StreetPass Quest 1&2 (if they both qualify as RPG games).
What I found really annoying was that in BIS, you would be limited to where you could explore at certain points in the game (eg: when Bowser gets crushed, you can't play as him and Mario can't head out of Bowser's body, meaning all you could do was wonder through the trash pit or fight bosses in the gauntlet until you decide to head down a stream to grow Bowser large enough to defeat whatever flattened him, just so you could get back the freedom to explore the world again.) Worse still, once you complete the game, you're hardly able to do anything!
Later next week I should be able to get a copy of the new M&L game. Hopefully the new edition to the series won't be so 'limited'. |

I've got a 3DS, but I never use it in 3D. People tell me I've wasted my money by buying a 3DS but not using the 3D feature, for some reason.
Nintendo say that they've created the 2DS so that anyone under seven (who can't look at 3D screens) can play 3DS games. There's always Parental Controls, you know. "Display of 3D images", just simply restrict that before letting children that young an age play on a 3DS!
However, I once discovered that if you hold L.R and X as the system is turning on to head straight to the Touch Screen Calibration (or L,R and Y for circle pad), you can display 3D images, even when it's been restricted by Parental Controls! |

I have Autism, also known as ASD (autistic spectrum disorder). It's quite similar to Asperger Syndrome (which I believe is part of the autism spectrum now). I think it's like Cystic Fibrosis and Huntingson's Disease, as in you're able to pass it on to your offspring (it's believed my dad has autism), and they'll either have it or be "carriers" of it.
Luckily, my autism is very mild, so I have been able to live like neurotypicals (non-autistics), although I do still find it hard to communicate, and so usually I'm a bit of a loner.
My sister has OCD, which means that she keeps worrying about things (when she had braces she would brush her teeth everytime she ate something, because she worried her braces would get damaged otherwise). A common OCD thing to do is to repetitively wash your hands. I might probably have OCD too (I have not been diagnosed yet). Although I don't wash my hands over and over, I do often read texts/letters/emails over and over before sending them, or I'll keep checking to make sure a present that I give to someone is in top form every 10 minutes before giving it away. Here I am now, reading over this post for the 21st time, checking to make sure it's good before I submit it. I can't help it. |

UPDATE: I met up with EH again today to go have a picnic, a walk, and a drink at a couple of cafès, before she took me to see her house. Apparently she lives with her sister.
While EH left us to make a cuppa, her sister discussed with me about that letter I had given to EH, that the moment EH returned home from work, she went into her room to read it quietly. Her sister had come into the room to see her feeling really happy (at least that's what I think her sister told me) about the contents of the letter. She had then asked EH if she did love me too, but rather unfortunetly that very moment her two children burst into the room because they wanted their "Auntie EH" to play with them, so EH told her sister that she would discuss it later. She however, completly forgot to tell her!
Her sister decided not to mention anything about the letter to her after that evening, but she did tell me that EH had never thought of herself as a beautiful woman (I had mentioned in that letter about her beauty), and that no-one had cared about EH or ever tried to be special to her as much as I did. Now I'm getting the feeling that EH might love me too...
Just before EH returned with some drinks, her sister concluded the conversation saying "Only time with tell".
So I guess I should carry on dating and see if anything good happens then. Judging by what her sister has told me, I bet something will.

That could also happen to a substitute teacher as well. Of course, less likely than it happening to someone who works full-time, but you'd still need to be careful.
I'm actually rather surprised that mother believed the kid's story straightaway. Surely mums would know that kids always tell lies about their teachers just to try to get them into trouble. My nine-year-old son has tried that, but it doesn't really work, because he always ends up giving me a guilty grin everytime he tells me his teacher threw a chair at him. Plus, there would possibly be bloodmarks on him if that really did happen... or worse.
Anyway, I've completely changed my mind about being a kindengartener/pre-school teacher as my new job, so I better find another teaching job, pronto.

I think that game is something for artistic people, really. If you're interested in drawing/sketching/whatever, you should get it if you want to.

I watched all four of the Pirates of the Caribbean films this week. I'm desperate for the fifth film to be released already! It's annoying that you only get one POTC film every three years!
Thankfully, the last film was released back in 2011, which should mean that next year we'll be getting the fifth installment!

I'm currently playing "Internet Browser" for the 3DS. Anyone ever heard of it?
It's a fantastic game. I'm able to log in to the game via Jul and post Jul comments whilst playing the game!

Is it just me or does StreetPass never seem to work for Nintendo Letter Box? I've activated StreetPass, I have my wireless on all the time, and I've even already got a letter that's supposed to be sent over StreetPass! But every single time I go out and collect data via StreetPass, I get data for every single one of my games except that one!

Works with friends only? Wow, that really sucks. I don't have any friends with that software. I guess it's really just a waste of streetpass space leaving StreetPass on for this software. *deactivates StreetPass for NLB*
Gonna leave SpotPass switched on for this, of course! I've recieved some very interesting pieces of stationary from Nintendo because of this useful internet feature.
EDIT: Dammit, I got ninja'd.

I'm sorry, but I just don't like your attitude one bit.
You always seem to assume that you're so superior simply because you're an "Eagle Scout". You also seem to have something against Autistic/ADHD/OCD people too, anyone who reads your posts in this thread might possibly think you're discriminating against disabilities. You like to believe that everyone you hate and think is a "douche" is autistic, as shown here:
"Hello World! I am [MrColonial], and I am Autistic, because I have ADHD (Assinine Dick Head Disorder). I am an academic and financial conman because I abuse illegal Amphetamines (aka brain steroids) and cheat at life and college. I also love Kinky men, because I am gay and Assinine."
I can't remember what ADHD stands for, but I know for certain that it doesn't mean "Assinine Dick Head Disorder". Trying to Blackmail him by writing on a whiteboard trying to be him wasn't really the best way to sort out the problem either. Instead of trying to calmly explain to him about your bed-wetting accident, you get overagressive, assuming that he'll tell everyone in the University about it.
Also:
If I'm so autistic, how did I graduate at the top of the class? How the hell did I succeed my expectations?
Because autistic people can do that too, you know. I know plenty of autistic people who've graduated from school and have been able to get themselves employed, including myself. You should really be careful what you say, as discrimating autism is almost as bad as racial comments.
You may think yourself as not being autistic, but trust me, getting overagressive about things that don't need any aggression at all, that's an autistic trait. I would do that a lot in my childhood (I think that died down while I was 14), but now I learn to just get over it. I can still sometimes get easily irritated now, but I don't ever show it, as I don't want to humiliate myself. I think you should do the same.
Just try to calm down and stop acting like you know everything. You're not perfect, nobody is. Just try to enjoy life and don't lash out at every single person that cares about you. They're trying to help, but they can't get everything right either. Also, I kind of agree with what Sukasa and Girlydragon said, you might want to consider seeing a therapist, before things get worse for you.
Hope this helps.
