| Back in 2011 I've found 3 hidden modes in F-Zero GX which Can't be accessed by the menu and aren't used in F-Zero AX, too.
The Modes can ONLY be accessed by using Action Replay- or Gecko Codes. By activating the code, the curser in the menu isn't shown up, because a non displayed mode is selected. Here are the 3 Modes. Race Mode (sort of) By choosing this mode, the anouncer says "Race Mode" as like as you know it from F-Zer AX. While choosing a cup, "[Race AC ]" is displayed above the cups symbols. You can select any track to do a race against 29 opponent drivers. The difficulty may be set to hard. Restore is deactivated and one race takes 3 Laps. After finishing a Race you get 100 Points (the points stuff is something F-Zero AX related i guess). By entering the mode the anouncer says "Time Attack Mode" as like as we know it from F-Zero AX. While choosing a cup, "[TIMEATTACK AC ]" is displayed above the cups symbols. Now you can select a course and everything else is equal to the normal F-Zero GX related Time Attack Mode. By entering the mode the anouncer says nothing. But a menu pops up and you can choose the difficulty. While choosing a cup, "[ONE COURSE]" is displayed above the cups symbols. You can choose a track a vehicle you want and a race against 29 opponent drivers starts. After finnishing a race you get 100 points again. Instead of Showing the Rankings, the 1st place logo appears and you get 100 points. - Accessing the winner ceremony and Interview place as usable cource. By using the code "Access Beta All Cups" you will find 2 stages without a showing map. These stages are fully accessable. One of them is the interview stage and the other one the stage of the winner ceremony. The interview stages uses the Collision areas of Sonic Oval. Your selected vehicle and 2 Red Gazelles appear. in the race results are wierd things like "0 PTS", "0km/h", "time: 00:00:000", and so on displayed. After some seconds the game freezes. But you can avoid the freeze by pressing Start/Pause and the screen saying "Thanks for playing" appears. - another hidden option is saving replays while the game is paused. By accipting saving a replay the game freezes. - more options are hidden there, but i don't really know what they actually are ment to be. - the last hidden option is a system reset.
