| The comments to that article bother me. It seems like about half seriously believe that the supercollider will become self-aware and destroy humanity, while another third seem to believe that they're going to create a black hole and destroy humanity, or something else that will also (cough) destroy humanity.
The only problem with having super-high-speed internet like the one mentioned is when it outpaces the computer speeds at the end of it. After all, if you can only possibly transfer 80 MB/s to your hard drive, how will you download a movie at 10 GB/s? |

| I mean the Latin lyrics. The US dojo has the lyrics translated to English, the Japanese has them translated to Japanese, and so on... closest would probably be Italian, but that's not quite it, either. |

Moreover, I'm not sure what world in which you live in has curing disease under the Department of Homeland Security. Besides, there's a shitload of money to be had in creating new diseases, spreading them amongst the populace, and then selling the cure. In order to do that, though, you need to have fewer people dying from things whose cures are not available. Honestly, you disappoint me. If you want to be a paranoid delusional, set your sights higher. |

| I was going to complain that there was no reason for the robot Metroid to be on SR388 just considering there were never really any pirates there and the Chozo always appeared more naturalistic than technology-oriented, but I suppose it can be reconciled given they created the actual Metroids and it could be an emulation of one.
*cough* That looks spectacular. Looks like they made it so that even moonwalking could be useful, just seeing how fast it is compared to how it was in Super Metroid. |
