I don't see a big turn around. I see things getting more same. We might even see another (multiple?) x86(_64) based console next generation. It happened to the arcades. Consoles will just become closer and closer to locked out, limited PCs that wont have any other reason than DRM to buy. Honestly, I hope console gaming dies off and more good games get PC releases; i'd rather buy 1 machine to play all games than a PC + other random things.

I think I can see why it's crashing, but as far as dealing with it... update SDL or just make your own DLL with the fixes and ship your program with that. As for why, it's only allocating enough space for the original size of the array. it's not enlarging it at all. If the function began with num_decoders++, then removed the one later on, it would probably work. Unless I'm completely missing something, which is usually the case!

I like Reese's puffs, life, chocolate chex, honey nut cheerios and shredded wheat best. I'm not much for the "health" cereals like plain cheerios or corn flakes. May as well eat card board.

I never got in to playing sports or watching them. Just never interested me in the slightest.

I don't bruise particularly easily from blunt force, but sometimes I'll wake up with random bruises. Maybe once every few months. I rarely get in fights or situations where I'd be bruised, though.

I used IE when I was little. i use fiirefox, now. Used Opera a bit. It was OK, but I dunno, I prefer Firefox. Safari was ass.

i have no tattoos, but it'd be interesting to get one, maybe. I just don't know what I'd get... most likely something artistic. Most people try to get something symbolic, but I dunno, that just seems kinda like something you could end up not wanting, since that symbolic thing about you could potentially change... and I just kinda prefer cool looking things for the sake of looking cool. I'm not sure if I could get a tattoo, either, though. I have albinism so my skin is really pale, which would be a great canvas to work on, but I don't know how well the ink would take. I'd have to do some research. As for pain or whatever, sure it'd hurt, I wont try to deny that, but I might be able to handle it. I'm not very tough, though. :p

I don't listen to much music with vocals, and I'm terrible at remembering lyrics, but I'll usually hum a tune when nobody is around. Something I like to do is listen to music and see how closely I can get my humming to the song. I've gotten fairly OK, but I've barely tried it at all with full singing, nor do I dare try such a thing!

Film cameras can zoom. I used to use disposable cameras when I was little and used to go to camp. I never got in to photography or used any more expensive cameras. Even my current digital camera is kinda cheapo, but I don't need anything more. I know a lot of people who swear by film, though. From what I hear, it's actually considerably cheaper if you develop yourself, than to print with a photo printer, or something like that. Of course, then it depends on the desired audience.

They might be OK as long as the lead singer never ever opened his mouth, ever. I haven't heard much, but I wasn't crazy about what I've heard. My friend likes it, though..

This is pretty good news. I've used the OpenGL-supporting versions and it worked fairly well. Nowhere near 1:1, performance-wise, but well enough for simple games and things.

80F/27C, 39% RH. Not too bad, outside, but my computer shit really heats my room up pretty well. I wish there was more wind than the occasional blow through my window. The worst part is my room has no grounded plugs so I can't get an air conditioner. (I run my computer equipment through an extension cord to the hall.)

Nothing that I've had has broken catastrophically. I know of several NESes that wont load any games at all. My old NDS Lite's L button stopped working, then the sound died (still could use headphones, though.). My cousin's playstation could only read discs if it was upside down, which was kinda odd.

I'm in and out too fast to get anything productive done on the toilet. I've never been constipated. If I was, though, I'd bring the laptop with me. We have wireless, so I'd be able to use the internet, too, |
