I'm skipping the 3DS version for the WiiU one, but at release I'll be going to a Smash 4 release party (fancy name for a small gathering with friends who are getting it) so I'll be able to try out the game regardless.
There's... a lot of characters I wanna play as, even ignoring the extra leak ones! I wanna get back into playing as Link (decent in Melee but bad in Brawl, though he's fun in Project M) and see if Olimar is still good (my main in vanilla Brawl), but I'm also very interested in maining Villager and possibly Robin or Shulk.

A one-year bump!?
I bought this game at (American) release - preordered it and got the bonus music CD - then... left it unwrapped for about a year. I've been bored recently so I started playing, and man was I missing out!
To cut the story short, I've beaten the game and I'm currently working towards 100% completion. Only two one post-game bosses left (plus the three gourds) to beat before the monster compendium has everything, but at level 75 I'm still not confident enough to take on any of them, so I'm just... trying to complete anything else.
On the off chance that someone else was starting up, I made a guild card (thanks to this nice site) with my retired-to-20 Landsknecht/Runemaster, for some extra help to clear the Misty Ravine (might do all five again at level 30, once I reach level 99 and retire again):
I later made guild cards for all my party members at level 40, though that was more to help people unlock more treasure maps. (Hey, xdaniel, you might recognize some of 'em!)
For content, is it worth playing EO:Untold once I stop playing this? I'm not too big a fan of being unable to progress without grinding (so far I've managed with a party that doesn't double up on classes in EO4), and I'm aware of the "complete Story to unlock everything in Classic" thing, but I'd still rather not have to train up new guild members just to overcome a single obstacle.

Ah, please do! I'm very interested, personally, in getting the portraits for the few guest characters that don't join your party, because you see them so rarely (one of them you only see once!).
Wanted to try out Tharsis to find some interesting exclusive conversations*, but I'm having a lot of trouble running a command line program, so I'll just wait for a text dump to look into that stuff.
*Even ignoring conversations where you have dialog options, at some points near the end you have a different conversation if: [Guest] not in party, [Guest] in party with others, [Guest] in party alone.

I'm totally fine with a pre-built party, it means I don't have to think for an hour over what to name my first five characters.  Also, this week Atlus' games are on sale, so (as soon as my 16GB SD card arrives) I might as well buy Untold for 15$.
But yeah, beat the game again! I wanted to do a New Game+ while still doing the "every class is in my party" challenge again, so I've been using the guest characters. Hilariously, having a main Arcanist and main Imperial make the final boss so much easier. I mean, check out that turn count! That first post of mine has a picture of me taking 39 turns to beat the last boss, whereas this time - while a few levels lower - it only took me seventeen.

I also have an album of level 20-ish characters for new players, and an album with a truckload of guild cards with different treasure maps if you need a few of them.

When I was a kid I used to love pure Yellow, though around high school I got way more into pure Green. Nowadays, amusingly enough, I prefer the interesting chartreuse, which is either the exact middle point or the seven-eighths point of the two, depending on whether you're talking about Green Chartreuse or Yellow Chartreuse, both named after French liqueurs.

Sorry for double-posting, but I thought I'd give an update:

I've leveled my second EO4 party up to 99 (so all that's left is to retire them all and train them again), so as a side project I decided to recreate the three non-recruitable guests characters. (All three guests' guild cards can be found in my album of Treasure Map guild cards here.)
...Also, because of the Atlus sale I ended up buying Etrian Odyssey: Untold! Not too much progress yet, I exported the QR code mostly because I finally got Delayed Heal on a second person (so I can alternate party heals every turn). I've only reached the middle of the second Stratum, but I'm playing Story mode first (for 100%) so I haven't been able to experiment much with classes. If anyone has a Classic mode team, could they generate a QR code with one of the other classes to help me out? (Namely: Landsknecht, Dark Hunter, Survivalist, Troubadour, Ronin and Hexer.) I wouldn't mind making another QR code with my Highlander or Gunner in return.

Does anyone have access to a Damp Mudkip? Torrent is completely useless when Swampert's gonna go Mega immediately, but maybe I could switch into a Mega Glalie's Explosion? Still better than nothing, I guess.
In exchange, I can breed an Unburden Treecko, Defiant Piplup, Iron Fist Chimchar, Shell Armor Turtwig or Speed Boost Torchic (if you didn't get the event one).

Have you looked into Etrian Odyssey: Untold? Presumably the EO4 and EO:U files would also be stored similarly.
I've almost beaten Story Mode, so if you do manage to extract stuff I should be able to look through the text, images and enemy textures to find unused stuff.

I personally won't be using multiple slots for my main file, although maybe the extra slots would be nice for testing stuff? There's also gonna be DLC to let you use the Highlander class (it'll be free for a short while when the game's released), plus the extra Gladsheim-esque extra dungeon will be accessible in both Story and Classic, which is nice.
So because of the new Fafnir and Princess classes (for the Story party) and the extra DLC Highlander, there'll be 15 classes total. I'll probably start with a Story mode playthrough, then restart in Classic and juggle two more parties (I guess it'll be Hi/A/G/M/B - similar to Untold 1 - and the leftovers L/R/D/T/H).
(Also, a reminder that Persona Q is coming out by the end of the month. It has Etrian Odyssey gameplay so I feel like it's worth mentioning.)
Anyways, I'm still trudging through Untold 1! Finally completed the 7 Kings Grimoire, so I thought I'd share the QR code for others. If you're lucky enough to get a Silver Grimoire stone off of it, you'll already have six of the seven~

The game's been out for a short while, yet not a single Secret Base QR code's been shared in this thread!?
...Well, mine isn't really ready either, I wanna make a fun base (with themed team to battle) first, but people have been generous enough to make Healing Wish Blissey bases for easy levelling so here's a lot of QR codes anyways. You can also get secret bases just from going online with the BuzzNav activated, and it somewhat commonly adds your friends' bases first if they're also online.
EDIT - Just reached 1000 flags and got to platinum rank, so to celebrate I made a secret base team with shinies that I like. If you challenge me they're added to your Pokedex, and I tend to update my base with a Blissey team so you might want to keep my base anyways, so here.
EDIT2- I was tired of low-quality pictures so I recreated the three devs' QR codes pixel by pixel. It's Masuda, Ohmori and Morimoto, and if you talk to Ohmori he gives a special Regice doll. (Sadly, the other two Regi dolls aren't available without cheating.)
If anyone has a Japanese game and is able to recreate the text on the card, could they send me images of it? Here's the original picture.

Does stuff like "getting in-game achievements" count? Because if so:
People seem to play New Leaf for maybe one hour a day then get bored in less than a year, but I've still kept up with my town and played every day. I managed to get all but two medals just before a convention! (Last two are for plucking 2000 and 5000 weeds, so I gave up on those.)

I stumbled upon this video, which allows you to 'hatch' any Pokemon, including Mew, Celebi, Deoxys, and so on. According to your research, Transporter would reject all Mew and all Celebi, because Mew wouldn't have the Fateful Encounter flag, and Celebi would hatch at level 5 even with the Pomeg Glitch.
...But are there any restrictions on Deoxys? Or is it pointless to try and do this glitch to transfer a Deoxys all the way up to OR/AS (if it'd even pass through to generations 4 and 5)?

Finally got Hyrule Warriors recently so I've been playing it a lot. Just beat Legend mode! So I guess now I need to blaze through the last 95% of the game.
Link's by far my strongest character, mostly because he has such fun weapons. Master Sword is nice and balanced, Fire Rod's fun and flashy, and the Gauntlets are all-around strong. I'm hoping to clear the regular Adventure map as well as the Master Quest map by the time the Majora's Mask DLC comes out over here (February 5th). I've been surprised at how much I've liked some of the characters after playing with 'em for just a bit; Ghirahim is surprisingly silly with all his daggers and Midna's very mobile and able to easily kite enemies.
My favorite's probably still Zelda's Baton though (ie, the Wind Waker).
