I never had SSB on N64 as a kid, so my first game was SSBM on the GC, where I mained Link (and was still good with Young Link), mostly because my cousin also played him and he was the one that got me into the game.
Once I got Brawl I tried Link again but he felt too slow, so once I tried Olimar (as a fan of Pikmin) I started using him almost exclusively, to the point that I've met very few people that could really challenge me in 1-on-1 matches. Still, I can play with Toon Link fairly well.

If anyone still needs fossils, either for the museum or for making models, I'm thinking of selling off my fossils once Re-Tail gives premium for 'em, so if you want anything just ask!
Also gonna repeat that I have a list of stuff in my catalog, if you want anything ordered.
In any case, summer's over! September has new bugs and fish, but it also counts as a new season for the Ables, so we've now gone from summer to autumn clothes! I'm still missing a decent amount of summer clothes, though, so if anyone has any of these in their catalog could you order one for me?

I generally can't remember first conversations, mostly because I tended to meet my friends at school while we're always in the same class, so presumably it was a boring "Hello my name is ___ and I like ___" that every teacher makes you say to introduce yourself to the class.
However, I do remember the very beginning of how a friend of mine introduced me to her friend! She added her to the conversation and they started talking, and I butted in, "Wait, are you [my male friend]? Because no one else I know speaks that informally," which in retrospect I find really silly and thus notable.

Oh man, The Planets suite. We played part of Jupiter in our school band (the slower, solemn part for the second third of the song), and the flutes in our arrangement were probably what made me join the band in the first place. =D
I don't tend to listen to much music these days, it's mostly watching YouTube videos or listening to in-game audio as I play, but when I feel like it I start playing some Animal Crossing: New Leaf remixed music in non-stop looping random order.

If you're going for a powerhouse Mawile, why aren't you using Intimidate and Mega-Mawile? Huge Power and increased attack deals way more damage than Sheer Force and Life Orb, and Intimidate weakens physical opponents so you can choose to buff with Swords Dance in safety.
People are already expecting Mawile to be strong because of Mawilite and'll act accordingly, so without the increased attack and defenses you probably won't be strong enough to counter what they throw at you, regardless of any element of surprise.

If it were only Steel types, then clearly you'd want Steel types with ground or fighting moves, so stuff like Excadrill or Lucario would be useful, whereas on the defensive side Bronzong can counter either ground or fire attacks and Ferrothorn can take on fighting.
When it comes to tricking/annoying opponents, then Klefki and Aegislash would be my best recommendations, but Magnezone is one of the few special-oriented Steel types, which can trip up your opponent expecting pure-physical.

So, who else is still playing this every day?
It's winter time in Animal Crossing, which means you can roll up the Snow family! Snow stays until mid-February, but there's a lot of snow-related items to get from the four family members, so roll some snowballs! December 24th is also Toy Day, where you get to dress up as Jingle the friendly reindeer at night and give out presents... but you need to ask villagers what they want first, so start talking to your villagers!
December also means the special Jingle set is on sale at the Nooklings', and as a completionist I'm trying to get the whole set, but even over halfway through the month I only have half the series. Good thing you can order 'em through Streetpass, because I have 'em all now~
Also, Europeans are able to get two items: the first (Holiday candles) is a regular Nooklings item (like the Jingle set), while the second (Holiday stocking) is a Naughty or Nice Day exclusive, which was December 6th. I'd greatly appreciate it if someone who has the latter items would give/sell them to me.

While we're posting requests, would anyone happen to have a Celebrate/Happy Hour/Dark Void Smeargle? You can just Sketch moves, so if someone has one they can make as many as they want, but the first two are japanese event-only while Dark Void is a Darkrai-exclusive move (who can't be traded on the GTS).
Other things I want: Adaptability Corphish (from friend safari), Storm Drain Lileep (transfer-only), Prankster Volbeat/Illumise (transfer-only), Inner Focus Darumaka/Zen Mode Darmanitan (transfer-only)...
I have four boxes of bred stuff to give away, and I can breed more if I don't (including the entire National 'dex), so chances are if you want something in return I can provide it.

I've made some progress on my house! Anyone remember this room?
Well, I initially wanted to make a Jingle room but it wasn't December so I didn't have access to it... but then December came and I completed the series! I also decided to include a Gracie series which was also red, to help with feng shui and with HHA score.
Check out the album for a full view!
All in all, I'm sure people I streetpass would be happy with everything they can order from my home, including full Harvest, full Spooky (plus the six masks) and most orderable DLC in my basement.

So with the new feature in X/Y where female Pokemon pass down their ball type when breeding, people have started caring about what ball they catch Pokemon in before they start breeding... and yes, this still applies for Kurt's balls from HG/SS and the Dream Ball of generation 5 (the only exceptions are the Cherish Ball and Master Ball).
A while back, I found a list of every single Pokemon that could be caught in a given type of ball: it listed all the wild Pokemon in HG/SS for Kurt's balls, the Pokemon in the HG/SS bug contest for the Sport Ball, all Safari Pokemon (in gen 3 and 4) for the Safari Ball, all the Dreamworld Pokemon for the Dream Ball, and also the trade-able balls in generation 3 for female starters in Coliseum.
Would anyone here happen to have seen this list as well, and have a link to it?
