I wanted to make a ocarina of time mod based on links awakening, soon after i began i found many helpful gameshark codes but i cant patch them to the rom, is there any technique to patch a gameshark code to a n64 rom other than this

I cant find any gfx or textures in the wwf no mercy rom(u), maybe I am doing something wrong?
