First off, I'm loving the wiki!
And I figured I would post a few things I've came across here and there.

On your very informative Parasite Eve page. (http://tcrf.net/Parasite_Eve)
There are a couple hidden options that are not listed.

Here are a couple ram codes to access them:
--------------------

Thanks for the extra info!

I noticed that the page of Revenge of Shinobi does not mention the prototype.

In the PC game 'Sega Smash Pack' there was a prototype version of Revenge of Shinobi (J) included from the Sega Channel. This proto had a Stage Select and an Invincibility Option. The RAM code for the Stage Select didn't change from the final releases.

You can even read about the Stage Select from the included text document that was on the PC disc.

If you want to look into GBA games, here is a list of games that contain the word debug.
Lots of un-found stuff, and many are already known of.

Hello again.
I was looking into the Family Computer Disk System (FDS) games for hidden stuff.
Didn't really find much except for possibly one game.

----

The FDS game "Hao-Kun no Fushigi na Tabi" has a known hidden menu, shown after inputting 2 of the developers names:

I believe there's another menu to be found using the same method.
This is the text from a hex editor:

SPECIAL FUNCTION!..@
HIGH SCORE RECORD CLEAR!..@
HAO JUMP MODE1"..@
HAO JUMP MODE2

Here are the developer names from the hex editor if it's any help:

**** MAKING STAFF ****.
<<< STORY >>> .
HAHI / ONSEN .
<<< TITLE >>> .
NOA / ONSEN / NISHI.
<<< MUSIC >>> .
PINA / ONSEN / .....
<<< PROGRAM >>> .
HAHI / ONSEN .
<<< DEBUG >>> .
MANY FRIENDS

Also, Wikipedia says that the game was known as Mystery Quest on the NES, maybe the same thing is in that game too?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hao-kun_no_Fushigi_na_Tabi

----

I thought about making a page for the game, but I don't actually know that this potential menu even exist. Not only that but I'm afraid I would just mess something up since I don't know much of anything about making Wiki pages.

I notice that there is no category for the FDS yet either.
http://new.tcrf.net/Category:Famicom_Disk_System_games

----

The only reason I was even worried about trying to hurry and make a page for it, is because of a find I had for the Game Boy game Ninja Gaiden Shadow.
http://new.tcrf.net/Ninja_Gaiden_Shadow

I found the Debug Menu back in April of 2012 and posted it here:
http://oldgamehacking.blogspot.com/search/label/Ninja%20Gaiden%20Shadow

As well as the video here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JBaBQCR1c3s

I see that tcrf page was made on July of 2012 and I was never credited for the find :-(

Awesome, thanks for looking into it for me!
And I didn't mean to seem like I was making a big deal about the Game Boy game, it's no problem.

Edit:
I started looking into some NES stuff for the first time, I found some potential things for 2 games so far. Kinda doubt there's anything still enabled but a page could be made about the already known Debug Menu in Flintstones if nothing else.

----

The Flintstones: The Surprise at Dinosaur Peak! (NES)
The NES game The Flintstones: The Surprise at Dinosaur Peak! contains a Debug Menu, that’s already known about. http://www.gamefaqs.com/nes/587284-the-flintstones-the-surprise-at-dinosaur-peak/cheats

With it you can enable invulnerability, listen to sound effects and choose a starting stage.

In the hex editor, there is also a potential menu called Test Mode:

----

Bandit Kings of Ancient China (NES)
The NES game Bandit Kings of Ancient China has the word Debug among the text in the game.

Here’s an image of a normal menu in the game:

The hidden option that is highlighted might be Debug. When you select that option, a strange sound effect is played.

Here’s a RAM code for the highligher, and it’s values:

057E:??

Hex Values
00 Solicit
01 Hunt
02 Heroes
03 Organize
04 Train
05 Feast
06 Rest
07 Give
08 Exit?
09 Other
0A -Flee
0B -Recruit
0C -Settle
0D -Rest
0E -View
0F -Other
10 Debug?
11 Exit?
12 *Crash*

And lastly, here’s an image of the hex editor with the word debug:

----

Oh yea, maybe this is worthy of posting also:

According to this page:
http://www.seanbaby.com/nes/egm16.htm

And Wikipedia the NES game Bad Street Brawler was made for playing with a Power Glove.

Maybe these potential names do something when entered in as your name, not sure.
I tried a couple and didn't instantly notice anything different.

On your SMB3 page I noticed the unused grey stage.

Eariler today before seeing the page I found a code that makes Mario gray, maybe he's supposed to also be gray while in that stage.

Mario Is Gray
EYKXTIEI

Also, maybe the raccoon tail leaf was originally green instead of brown.

Damn your right.
With the Mario Is Gray code on, as Tanooki Mario he's not gray when you turn into a statue, oh well.

But here's something else for the NES that might be worth looking into.
I made a few Game Genie codes that deal with the menu shown when you press the select button.
One of them shows Japanese characters in place of where the enemies are, and English characters where apples are.

Select Button Shows Where Objects Are
ENOAUPEI

The next code removes the apples and enemies from the screen when you leave the select button menu.

Select Button Removes Enemies And Apples
EYOAUZEI

And here's the other more worthless codes I came up with, but I don't remember a give up menu being there:

Select Button Shows Both Characters In 1P Mode
EYXEVPEI

Select Button Shows Give Up Menu
ENSASPEI

Select Button Instantly Shows Give Up Menu
ESKESPEY

Edit:
Guess it would be helpful to name the game =P
Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers (U) [!]

Edit 2:
Well, it appears only the first code is needed, it shows the items and freezes enemies all in one.
Think it's also showing items that are inside of boxes, which I had made a code for:

X-Ray Vision (Items Visible Thru Boxes)
ENKESLEI

X-Ray Vision (alt)
ENSEXLEI

Alright, thanks for the info. Figured I would post a couple images to kinda clarify what I was talking about, shouldn't have posted the stuff about give up and such.

With this code on:
PEOAXOGA

When you press select, characters like this are shown:

The Japanese characters represent where an enemy is on the screen, when you press select again to leave this black menu. The white characters represent apples. And the red non-Japanese characters represent items that are inside of boxes/invisible.

Here's an image after pressing select again to leave this menu:

In that instance the enemies/apples didn't get removed from gameplay like it does sometimes. Instead it freezes the enemies in place and you can walk thru them without being damaged. Also it (sometimes) turns on x-ray vision so you can see where the items are that are normally invisible or inside of boxes.

The SNES game Pinocchio (U) seems to have more push-button cheats than the 3 listed on GameFaqs. One of them may have been what was used to enter the Debug Menu, currently it only makes the screen go blank for a second or two. Here's all the cheats I found in the ROM:

In the Demo version of the SNES game, Claymates, there is a Stage Select.

While on the Visual Concepts logo screen, press X then A.

-------------------------------------------------

This push-button cheat was in the ROM of the above section, Claymates Demo, but only the first 2 buttons were needed.
In this next game, the full sequence opens a similar Stage Select.

All the videos on the disc have 5.1 channel audio, except for the beta movies.
Of the 16 beta videos, two of them have no audio, and the rest are mono.
The spoken dialog is in Japanese instead of English.

Some of the differences between the beta videos and the final versions include:
All of the videos that have audio only play spoken dialog of the main characters, there are no background sounds etc.
Sometimes eyes are not fully animated yet, they may be closed, stuck fully open or do not blink.
Lots of times, the mouths are not yet animated while speech is being played.
Stiff hair and such that passes right thru the body.
General lack of detail, such as lighting.
Placeholder background characters.

Here are a few of the things I have noticed about each video (the included pictures are a small portion):
z009_us.ps3-01
This video has no audio track.
The video is only a small section of the completed video that's inside the file z017_us.ps3.wmp.
Three of the corners have extra info embedded, a date (2009-06-29), a frame counter and the text White CRS.

z009_us.ps3-02
There are placeholder background characters.

z009_us.ps3-03
Snow's bandana has the ends sticking out like helicopter blades.
Hair is stiff and passes right thru the clothes/bodies of the characters.
There is no mouth movement while speaking.

z009_us.ps3-04
There are placeholder background characters.

z009_us.ps3-05
There are placeholder background characters.
Just like how Snow's bandana ends stick out, the hat of one of the background character is doing the same thing.
There is no mouth movement while speaking.

z009_us.ps3-06
There are placeholder background characters.
There is no mouth movement while speaking.

z009_us.ps3-07
More of the stiff hair and helicopter blades on Snow's hat.
Snow's mouth does not move while speaking, but Serah's does.

z009_us.ps3-08
No mouth movement, and more stiff hair/objects.

z009_us.ps3-09
No mouth movement, and more stiff hair/objects.
Serah's eyes are shut while Lightning is speaking to her.
When Lightning opens her birthday present, she has the knife in her hand, places it in the box then picks it up.
There is no image displayed on the television while the special announcement is being played.

z009_us.ps3-10
There are placeholder background characters.

z009_us.ps3-11
The symbol on Dajh's hand is more detailed in the beta version of this video.
There is no smog in the video, yet Sazh still coughs and fans the air.
No mouth movement.

z009_us.ps3-12
No mouth movement, and more stiff hair/objects.

z009_us.ps3-13
This video and the first one are the more beta looking ones.
At the very start of the video, there are timed beeps.
The corners have very faint numbers displayed just like the first video.
There are placeholder firework explosions.
Snow and Serah have a very unfinished look, and both are missing their hair.
A very brief Japanese subtitle is displayed.
Placeholder background characters are shown during the flashbacks.

z009_us.ps3-14
This video has no audio track.
The two announcers have no mouth movement.

z009_us.ps3-15
More stiff hair/objects.
Vanille's mouth is animated, while Serah's is not (for most of the video).

z009_us.ps3-16
The audio does not seem to sync with the video, not sure if it's something to do with it being the very end of the beta file or not.
No mouth movement, and more stiff hair/objects.

The TurboGrafx-16 game Time Cruise (U) has a couple of options in the options menu that have disabled cheats.

Here are the newly discovered cheats that are entered in the options menu:
ENDING (enter the $ cheat first) [New]
Down, 02, Select, Right, 02, Left, Up, Select, Up, Down, Down, Right, 02, Left, Select.

MAIN COLOR TYPE (enter the Ending cheat first) [New]
Select, 02, Left, Down, 02, 02, Down, Left, 02, Left, Left, Left, Left, Select, Select, 02.

BALL TRIGGER [Move Ball Anywhere] (Cheat Disabled?)
02, Select, 02, Select, Left, Left, Right, Down, 02, Down, Up, Right, 02, Up, Select.

PARAMETER SET (Cheat Disabled?)
Right, 02, 02, Left, Select, Select, Down, Down, Right, Select, Up, Up, 02, 02, Down.

You can use these two RAM codes to use/enter the cheats effects though:
Move Ball Anywhere
F82005:1+

Ball Parameter Menu (Options Menu)
F82737:14+
Note: Enter the Options Menu, then press the Run button. Don't go into Practice Mode with the code enabled.

I have only used the codes in the emulator Ootake though. http://ouma.jp/ootake/

Here's an image of the debug menu:

Couple more things I found for the same system:
