I do not know precisely when it is possible to access in this room. Must be the whole game to know the exact time, I just have a savegame that is not me and that seems cheated. If I open a chest and I leave the room, then I come back... All the chests are open! They seem to all have an ID, so there is a limit on the number of chests in the game. Anyway, this chest "takara3" is not normal. It should not be an actor object directly from file "room.arc." This is the only chest visible in Wind Viewer. Either this is a mistake of the game, or it is a very old object. A hypothesis, it is possible that the chest has a capacity unused in the final version. This is a problem of collision in the "Room 1", not with Link. Msmoke is one of the oldest rooms of The Wind Waker. It uses the old method of doors, which prevents really load this room. The door is the reason why the room Msmoke does not load on a console, but on Dolphin, there are error messages, but it charge anyway. However, it is only with the Map Select. I know that room 1 is visible with Wind Viewer. But it is strange, I put the collision of the room into another room, I could never play. I think I saw that something was missing for doors in "Msmoke". But this file is more complicated to change, though it would be nice to succeed some day. Now that I am "Msmoke" I can obviously take care of unused rooms in the dungeons. Before making "Msmoke" I was doing "Cave08" putting all the other rooms from "kaze". The room 19 in "Siren" did not need to spawn point if there is a connection to the door. This is the case of "Msmoke" in the room 1. Well, I succeeded in make the unused rooms "Siren" playable with the file Stage.arc of "Siren"! How did I do? I modified the file Stage.arc of "Siren" by removing or adding certain things. The result is really good! I can not do more, but I think that's enough. "SirenDL" for the unused rooms of the Tower of Gods. "Siren23" for the mini-boss room. I changed the Map Select by adding the unused rooms of "Siren". I said that the Game ID hacked is "TWWP01". Do not forget to "Game.toc" for it adds new files. The config of The Wind Waker on Dolphin works very well for me, I do not change. I finished! All rooms unused in The Wind Waker are now playable for the first time since the game's release in 2002! The work was quite challenging for me, because some of the rooms were very tough as those of "kaze" and "M_Dai" for example. "Siren" was far more simple to restore. M_NewD2 The old entrance room of the first dungeon and the old room of the Boss Key. ![]() Siren Two old rooms in Tower of Gods. The old boss room and the top of the Tower of Gods. In GCR, go to "Option" and "Do not use 'game.toc'". It is very important to prevent error messages such as "Cave08" or another. If there is still a problem, I try to check for the US version. Replaces properly well all the old files with the new files. A_R00 is the last room that needs work, then we can truly say that we can visit all the rooms in The Wind Waker, 10 years after its release in Japan! In the meantime, maybe I'll do some testing to "TF_03", this room uses the file Stage.arc of "TF_05", which is not properly a good thing. --------------------

Yes, this is an option you do not use, but it is useful for isos with more files in "Game.toc". Have fun in new unused rooms, it's really nice to be able to play now. I liked it in total darkness, but it was not a good lighting for "TF_03". Do not forget to update "TF_03" in your hacked iso of The Wind Waker. EDIT : Good news, I succeeded in restore maximum "TF_03"! 1) Use an arrow to the eye above the doors closed. Do all four doors. 2) Defeat the Moblin in four small rooms. 3) Defeat the Armos Knight in the main room to open the last door closed. 4) Open the chest in the last room (10 rupees, an item that I used default). 5) Return to the first room to exit the "TF_03." That is to summarize what was "TF_03" in the past! Everything is original except the contents of the chest and exit. So you know what to add on TCRF for the "TF_03". As usual, I updated the hacked files for all who want to discover in TWW. --------------------

Today I started to test the change objects in the entrance room of "TF_03". I changed "Bonbori" in many things, including "Lwood!" For some reason, I saw a tree much larger than usual, this was also the case of other objects. In my opinion, the size of the tree that I saw seemed pretty good to add in "A_R00". This is the only room I put a door and chest, so just avoid opening the door. I want to know as much as possible about how TWW, I've heard great things during the hack unused rooms and especially of "Cave08". Two years ago, research on TWW was quite low. For Demo 23, there is that Nintendo knows the mystery... Unless a prototype reveals something about the subject. I want prototypes of TWW is a veritable obsession! There is a little more than 10 years, I spit on this Zelda very unjustly! Since this is one of my favorite games and a treat to dig! I know the prototypes of Zelda are closely monitored, it does not go unnoticed on the web. The prototype of Zelda 1 is considered a wonder of great rarity! Still, I never thought that I would see a prototype of Zelda! So everything is possible, but I doubt for TWW, but I hope I'm wrong! If I did not have my new computer (February 2011), I could never do all this research on TWW! For one simple reason, too horribly slow! But now, finally I enjoy a maximum. Otherwise, I will celebrate 19 years of the discovery of Zelda (December 1993 with A Link to the Past, my favorite Zelda). TWW contains what I've always loved, sea and islands! I do a lot of history on this universe. Of all the games I've hacked since 1998, TWW is one of the best! I'm not talking about prototypes, but just final versions. Other games are mainly on PC, but the old dating from 90. I want to know what game has more unused rooms than in TWW. I do not know! EDIT : About Trees "lwood" I noticed that it is possible to change the size of an object located in "SCOB" and not "ACTR" I do not know if it will be good for "A_R00". By cons, it is not easy to change the size precisely. I changed a bit, it did something huge and almost flat. --------------------

I found a good size for the trees in "A_R00". I put "lwood" as "SCOB" and not "ACTR" in order to modify the trees. In Wind Viewer is "0C0C0CFF" to the size of objects. "Bonbori" had "1A1A1AFF". I have already installed all the trees in "A_R00", it was a little long. It will save you making more work for restoration.
