If your antivirus complains, its because its UPX packed.

EDIT: Since I can't remember if I did this before.
The import.exe and the export.exe as well as nconvert.exe is embedded inside the exe.
No need to download the other programs.

Very thanks, but i can't find the pic because show only an offset and search for every offset is too long, I can help me with the offset of the names of the PNG exported with the Project 64 mod of the texture exporter/loader? Otherwise what I can find the offsets of the textture to change? Thanks.

My project is of uncensor the Cruis'n serie, I'm creating the reources (images and sounds) but is very hard to work in the N64 roms, but I've created things as there:

And in the Project 64 run as:

If you're interested to help me (but is hard, because few things are hide in the map of the race and must be moved to the correct place) let me know, thanks howewer for now.

I see, but if I find it how I can change? The tool don't import nothing for me in Cruis'n USA, neither an altered texture, if I write a star with Paint into the texture the tool don't import the edited BMP.

But the texture that I wish to edit is of 256 colors, then how I can edit? Are you sure that a 256 colors palette can be in a 16 bit RGBA? And you know palmatch.exe? Is a tool that can find a palette from a PNG file, I have the PNG of the palette because I've spent 6 hours to make it by edit a pixel once at once in the custom palette of crystal tile, the colors are all right, I have the PAL file that I have made myself, but I don't know where can be the actual palette into the rom, Palmatch.exe is offline, is impossible download it from the official website, can exists a similar tool that can help me with Cruis'n USA? Sorry for my poor english, I'm italian, please can you help me?

How exactly are you trying to import the texture? Are you using the command-line program directly, or the GUI written by Gamax92?
The GUI, but perhaps I can use also Crystal tile 2, have the function to view in 16 bit RGBA like this tool, and I can import succesfull the 256 color BMP, but I can't find the palette to replace. Then I've the original palette in BMP and PAL format that is useful for view the texture in the tools that can't load the actual palette, then I must have to find the corresponding into the rom and the way to replace, please, help me.

-EDIT-
Here are the 2 palettes, in left the original, in right the palette that I want to replace.

I want to change exactly 10 colors. But how I can find that palette?

Image shack have altered the color of the palette image, I've uploaded the palette files into a zip:
http://www.mediafire.com/?5y4l3yau7x88yb5
Can you then help me to find the palette into the rom?

Now the problem is that I can't import with the GUI, how I can solve? I've tried with the CMD but I'm not good with the CMD and I don't know the instruction to import the image into the rom.

I love you. The tool didn't import the hacked palette because I've saved it with Paint, but I've used GIMP and the tool have imported correctly the new palette. And works great! I love you, this tool is fantastic, but your help was essential! Very very thanks! In my you tube channel in the video with the uncensored trophy girl you'll be accredited. Thanks again, I love you!

That's not what I did, though. I found the palette by converting your palette into 16-bit RGBA format using Tile Molester, byte-swapping it, and searching for it using a hex editor. (Actually, I just searched for it in a byteswapped ROM, which was easier than finding a good byte swapping tool.)
I see. Thanks again, you're wonderful. The only of 20 websites that have really helped me. Now 1 of the 2 essential censorships of Cruis'n USA was fixed, the second is the roadkill routine, IMHO is present into the rom, but is more hard to restore because the routine was hidden totally, ASM is required for fix it, but a day perhaps I'll find the way, maybe I can ask help in this forum. Thanks to you.

Hello, thanks to Joe of this forum I've fixed 1 of the 3 censorships (in comparison to the original arcade version) of this game.

But I would fix also the other censorships.

Censorships:

1: The trophy girl that was covered with an orrible grey t-shirt (done, watch the result in the spoiler)
Spoiler:

2: (very important) Roadkill routine (run down deers and cows, not is cruel, but Nintendo have removed them entirely from the tracks).

3: The ending with the president, Nintendo have removed their sprites and voices (but with the sounlist tool of Subdrag I've found the voices into the rom).

And for last thing apply the changes also in the virtual console channel of the game.

Then, I know that the game was censored before the release but that was ready and born uncensored, maybe, and I say maybe, the roadkill routine is only turned off (in the arcade version in the system menu you could do it) and the sprites of the president maybe are present like the voices.

But know the more important thing is to restore the roadkill routine, please can you help me? The roadkill maybe was only turned off, place in random points some deers in the IOWA track and some cow in the INDIANA track, if turned off in the arcade they don't appear exactly like in the censored N64 version.

Then you can help me to fix this problem please? Maybe with a debugger in the IOWA or INDIANA track?

Now you can download the patches for the fixes censorships, now the patch for the Trophy girl is available! The patches are for the european version and the U (V 1.0) version, not for byteswapped roms, you can use Lunar LIPS for patch them.

It's not perfect, but the spoiler stuff needs reworked anyway.

(You'll probably also want to use innocuous text for your link, since the text for that isn't hidden, either. Blah.)
Ok, now I try, is only for the exapmle image of my thread, thanks.

Using CSS hackery to achieve it. Of course, it's a bit complex, but for the one post where you need non-text content hidden, it'll work.
(quote this post to see how it's done)

I don't know why, but in your post I see always the content of the spoiler also if I haven't opened it and I can't close it.

And I hope to apply the changes also in the VC channel, I'd be very happy.

Several sources (including Wikipedia) say that the game was censored after completion, and which was delayed for 2 months for this reason, due to the censorship problems.

So I guess just like in the arcade version (the N64 port was very faithful) the roadkill routine could be turned on and off.

Maybe then someone is able to re-turn on the routine also in the Nintendo 64 version...

Not is easy, if is uncompressed you can use Crystal tile, but you have to find the canvas dimensions, the type of the images, not is simple...
