I'll vote no. You can't remove it, you'd have to change it to make you vote with some value in the game, because of Rule 12. The only thing would be points. Personally, I like the actual majority rule thing, as opposed to putting the weight of the votes into a 1d6 roll.

I don't see why we need to change the win conditions at all. I'm not sure how the first game went, but the second one had no winners because of this sort of thing.

Changing Mutable Rule 2:

"After each turn, points are added depending on the outcome of the turn :
For passing a rule change, +6 points
For passing your turn to do nothing, +2 points
For failing a rule change, +1 point
For missing your turn, +0 points"

Less random factors is nice.

Honestly, we shouldn't need to REWARD people for playing the game. Saying 'no' to every rule means nothing happens meaning the game falls apart.

Actually, from what I can tell, if you were to eliminate rule 9, we would not be able to vote on TRANSMUTATIONS or rule CHANGES. Only on ADDING rules.

Despite the fact I won't get free points, . I don't want to be breaking this game.


5. We vote with one vote per player to decide if any new rules are added.

9. Each player get one vote in voting.
