...to go get a soda from the vending machine downstairs.

It's extremely hot outside, it's been making me feel sick, because, of course, there HAS to be a surprise heat/humidity wave when I move back to college, in that I have to walk outside to go get food and stuffs.

Wasn't there also a grape flavor that they discontinued? Why the hell do these damn soda companies make new delicious flavors just to discontinue them in a few months?

LCDs have a giant advantage due to the amount of space they don't take up.

And LCDs *CAN* display black, if your contrast ratio is good. The average I think is 800:1, but my screen has 1400:1. Black is black, white is bright white.

Stick with a Korean brand, like LG, when choosing anything LCD-related, because Korea has the best LCD technology at the moment (last I checked, anyway...).

It's like Mountain Dew Baja Blast... it's only available at Taco Bell. And even then, only at *participating* Taco Bells. The Taco Bell I typically go to when I'm at home is a combination KFC/Taco Bell, and it doesn't have it, which sucks, because it's the best Taco Bell in our area.

And of COURSE a college on-campus Taco Bell isn't going to have it.

Yeah, it was a really tough challenge! I had to ride the elevator down from the 4th floor down to the 1st floor, then the machine kept rejecting the quarters I was putting in (I think it hates the 50-state quarters), and then I had to push a button. Jeeze, can you believe that? A button. And then I had to push ANOTHER button to get the elevator, and then ANOTHER ONE to go back to the 4th floor. Man, it was a HUGE and TAXING adventure, but luckily, I made it through.

Ninja Warrior fucking KICKS ASS!

Code Monkeys isn't all that bad either... I didn't think I'd like it because I didn't like Crank Yankers and the other show they did, but this show isn't all that bad.

Butterfinger is my favorite, personally.

Kit Kats are good too.

Also, I'm posting this during a thunderstorm. Is there a such thing as living too dangerously? I mean, first the vending machine adventure, and now this?

Those coins look like the ones used in Sunshine. Maybe they liked the idea and brought it back in Sunshine? The noise is pretty cool too, but I think Sunshine's coin noise is better.

Either way, I like how the HUD numbers are so colorful.

Just so you know, the original Build A Masterpeice was about *DRAWING*. In that you would contribute something small, but it'd be from you DRAWING it in, instead of just copypasting every video game-related sprite you can think of.

...just so you know.

Already, I've had less activity because I have classes. Especially Tuesdays, I have a lot of things to do, including a 2 hour electronics lab (for digital logic / intro to assembly language).

But yeah, I'd imagine the time change could be the result of an alternate server being used or something.

He's trying to use SMILIES as PROOF that it's Xkeeper?!

Ok, check this amazing thing out:
I just used Xkeeper's smiley. Am I Xkeeper?
Just because it's Xk's smiley doesn't mean the person who used it is Xk. As I've just demonstrated, everyone has access to it, and everyone can use it.

About , sorry to break the news, but that is a VERY common internet smiley. Hell, with CrashDance's logic, if Xkeeper ever used the generic yellow smiley face, EVEN JUST ONCE, CrashDance would probably be walking down the street one day, see someone with a yellow smiley face shirt, and go "Excuse me, but are you Xkeeper?"

I'm sorry CrashDance, but you really need to give up. It's pretty much impossible to try to Sherlock Holmes your way to Xkeeper, the COMIC BOOK SUPERVILLAN's, true identity, just from some publically available pictures on the internet. (or from ANYTHING at that matter... ) And even if you DID somehow find Xk's identity, what good would it be?

This is why I don't like installing recent PC games... I dont' want to get caught up in vulnerability-inducing rootkits. And even if it's not that, I don't want to lose my rights to INSTALL A GAME I PAYED FOR.

DRM really is getting out of hand these days. We've survived FINE without it for years, why do we need it now? Don't tell me it's because of pirates, they've been around for MUCH longer than this form of DRM.

DRMs only hurt the people who legitimately own the game. Software crackers will always be able to defeat the DRM, so they're unaffected. The people that DRM tries to protect against will be unaffected, while the people who legitimately have copies will be hurt.

It's so pointless, only hurts the 'good', and we should just do away with DRMs entirely. There are enough people who will purchase the game, versus who will pirate it, and companies will still get plenty of money for sales, unless the game really sucks. (then it gets DOUBLE lolololololololol)

edit: dare I say that more people will BUY the game (instead of pirate it) if the game has no DRM?
