This is a tough cookie.
For me, it was as simple as breathing. I got so used to getting no sleep that I was never tired, and being a runner, this was extremely beneficial for combating the drowsiness that came post race. My best advice is to dip your head in ice cold water or something. Apparently that really wakes people up. I'm not kidding either. Apparently it's a cheap tactic for waking right back up. I'd also try listening to wicked intense music if that's your thing. -------------------- What Would Leggy Do?
