So I'm new here, a bit uneasy. I haven't been new anywhere for a while.

A little backstory on me I guess.

I have memberships on two other boards besides this one. Vizzed Board (which was my first forum, became overrun with noobies/spammers), and Inane Cult Gamer. Which I was the co-owner of. (note- I thought ICG2's destruction was well deserved)

Anyway, I hope I'm at least slightly welcome here, my newbie thread on Vizzed only had one post despite about 69,000 members being registered at the time I signed up, and I never made a serious one for ICG, being the co-owner.

So if I get 2 posts in this, it will be a newbie record for me!

I'm still sorta new to making layouts, and my coding knowledge is pretty low, so bear with me on this experiment.

OK, I changed the width, and got rid of (most of) the opacity.

I thought about making a separate box as Karis suggested, but I thought I'd gamble on this idea first.

Metal_Man88- yeah, I just got tired of 12 year olds who can't spell, and adults who pick on little kids.

Plus, it may be a little early to say personal information, but I'm a liberal and an atheist. So I didn't totally get on with all the members there =/

I usually don't have that issue on my other boards, so it's gonna take some tinkering.

I feel bad, because my laptop never hurts me, I treat it as my equal and in exchange it lets me live.

In all seriousness though, sometimes it overheats a teeny bit, but it's calming heat, not "oh my god, my laptop is about to explode" heat.

Just noticed the little... jellyfish(?) with a santa hat on. I laughed.

Welcome to Jul, whic h should be a lot more open-minded than Vizzed was.


I was a little afraid to be honest when I first joined and typed up my first post. I wasn't welcomed nearly as much, and it took me a few months for anyone to actually take me seriously, and that was only because the site decided to make me a moderator.

So yes, so far, this place looks a lot more open minded. I think I'll bookmark this place and come back often.

May as well make the first and maybe only picture you see of me terrifying and creepy looking. Only get one chance to make a first impression!

Backstory- This is me. During a race. That I barely woke up in time for. I made it to the start line 10 seconds before the race started. I hadn't eaten anything, nor drinked, nor warmed up for. I got 2 hours sleep. After a night partying and such in college.

I still managed to finish a 5 mile race in about 34 minutes. (top time is just under 30 minutes)

Oh wow. Thanks. That solved it =)

I would have never found it otherwise, I was testing each thing deleted, and it started to anger me. Good to know it auto converts the br tags.
