I shouldn't be playing games--I have too much stuff to worry about  . However, I did take a break and play this first person shooter called Enemy Territory, or something of the sort. You can get it for free online, but it isn't that fun without others.____________________ |

It looks pretty neat--5 GB free. After being dismayed over running out of space on Dropbox, this looks like an ideal solution. I have the software on my computer, but have not decided to pair it with an account.
Looking ahead, were I to run out of space here, I have several google accounts and it's a sinecure to make more. However I doubt that it will ever come to that .
Have any of you heard about this? Does it live up to expectations? (Of course, it only came out last week.) ____________________ |

So... I've been using this neat tool that I found online.
http://www.spreeder.com/app.php You can set the words per minute and in how many chunks of words. I used it to quickly understand and review ~60,000 words of exam prep within an hour. It practically eliminates "lazy reading"... I manage to understand 1300 wpm in 2 word chunks, but at slower speeds I can get 4 at a time. For complex-pseudo-Aquinas sentences it won't give comprehension, but even then it's great for review. ____________________ |

I visualize a lot when I read--It's my reading style. Spreeder frees me from the physical restraint of having to search for the word / turn pages and allows me to fully concentrate on the word itself. Instead of the frequent intermittent clips playing in my mind during visualization, I see a full movie...if that makes any sense.
Considering that I managed to successfully study what took others 20-25 hours in under 5 hours, this was a very good tool from my own standpoint. ____________________ |

I'm starting to feel bouts of euphoria and elation as exams draw to a close.
6 down... 2 left. It doesn't help that I seriously have no clue what the last teacher will put on her exam. She has a tendency to put things in there that she never teaches. I actually found out that it's because she copy-pastes everything off of a website, but that's at least 255 pages of questions to look through for all the material that we covered. I'm just going to read the textbook and try to skim through the questions tomorrow night for any problems that I haven't encountered. ____________________ |
