Bloons Tower Defense, III?

Well, either way, I am still attempting to get past level 59 in easy mode. However, it is a lot harder than it would look after easily passing level 58

I ate a few slices of pizza, but without any true soporific effect.

That was tasty. But now I am thinking about what things I need to have completed today.

Aw, the kitten is immeasurably cute.

I have never had a cat--I am a dog person--Either way, they can be a whole lot of work, but I always seem to think that it is worth it.

Posted on 05-05-12 07:33:37 PM, in May 2012 JCS Rankings Thread (last edited by ParaLax at 05-05-12 07:43:34 PM) Link
Personally, I held the notion that the JCS was just for record rather than an actual competition.

However, considering that I somehow managed to clinch second the first half-month that I was here, I probably should keep quiet

I have finally felt the will to post here again, rather than just creeping on profiles and threads. The removal of the mental block resulted in quite a few posts today, but now that I have spent considerable time updating myself on most that has transpired I bet that my posting will slow down by tomorrow, as today turned out to be a little excessive for that very reason.

Posted on 05-05-12 08:04:38 PM, in Combating Drowsiness Link
As Exams get closer, I already know that I will have limited sleep time--Less than ever before.

However, my body is strange in the fact that no one technique for staying awake works for more than a few days. I continually have to shuffle through different staying-awake techniques in order to actually do so.

I can run well on 3-4 hours per night with no serious repercussions whatsoever, but I just need to combat the drowsiness that I feel from 12-3am, or even if I must pull an all-night study session, because drowsiness tends to make that 3 hours as efficient as 30 minutes of intense studying during the day.

Current Arsenal:
- 2 2L bottles of Coke.
- Adderall (mostly used for intense focusing even though I am not ADHD).
- Practically Unlimited Supply of strong tea.
- Abundance of Midnight snacks.
- Black Coffee (I have not tried this, but I am willing to do so if I hear that it actually works well).

Are there any other tricks that I can use to combat this drowsiness? / What do you do to combat drowsiness?

My humble, but erudite, opinion is that it must be appeased by presenting tribute in the form of homage and gifts.

This reminds me of the dream-within-a-dream-within-a-dream concept from Inception.

Too bad that my Firefox keeps crashing the second I try to load it

Chrome does it too to a certain extent, but for some reason FF does it every time I minimize and maximize.

Yay, FF finally decided to work!
If you click the previously mentioned buttons, a grey bar should appear at the bottom of your screen, on said bar there is an option "3d", click that and you are set! (If that does not work, then it might be the type of firefox, maybe you need an upgrade?)

It's so awesome!

Today's dinner comprised a burrito from Chipotle and a cup of hot steaming coffee.

Considering the fact that I have eaten considerably large meals, I am sure that if not for all the caffeine in my system, I would most assuredly be asleep

Heh, this does not reflect Tennessee in its entirety. Most of the country-side and a small portion of the urban areas might hold views similar to those demonstrated in the link, but where I currently live it's not that bad. My personal opinion is that living near Nashville is best. I'm not sure about Memphis as I have only been there once or twice.

Politically, I feel that it is the more extreme conservative republicans that are pushing for legislation like these--Tennessee is a red state--However, there are still a fair amount of Democrats living in the urbanized areas. In fact, the previous Tennessee governor was democratic. Also, not everyone in a southern state are hicks, haha. (That seems to be a popular misconception)

One thing that I do like about Tennessee is how many friendly and caring people there are nearby. It would be near impossible for a Kitty Genovese type scenario to take place.

Aw, Rory was pretty great, as was Amy.

I really liked to see those three together. However, it has to end sometime. While I wait for season 7, I am still vacillating between watching Torchwood, watching the old Doctor Whos, watching the specials again, or watching the newer ones once more.

Posted on 05-06-12 12:39:36 PM, in Mein Layout (last edited by ParaLax at 05-06-12 05:18:25 PM) Link
[/Deutsch]

I'm thinking about using this simple layout rather than going without one. However, I want to verify that using this layout would not be copying others on Jul. For example, I know that XKeeper used to have a black layout, so I don't want to offend him and other users by having the same type or the same font.

Any Comments / Suggestions would be appreciated. Although, I highly doubt that there much to fix.

We're all insane, it's subjective. However, at Jul the users we have are more subjectively insane to the rest of the world than they are, so you'll fit right in.

See you around.

Basically, the reason why it's a little bland is so it loads quickly on mobile pages, yet is somewhat different than having no layout. Furthermore, I truly find it more enjoyable to read my posts with this specific font, haha.
