Dekker, that's actually a shit ton more exciting than what I'm doing right now.
I'm sitting in the computers class in which I am a student assistant, bored out of my skull because the kids in this Game Maker class are stupid enough that the teacher has to describe the mechanics of a tower defense game.

Don't burn yourself.
I'm not very good at soldering, so that's really my only tip for you. I've accidentally burned the fingers I was using to steady a PCB that needed some solder to fix a connector a couple times.

Here, you actually get charged five cents as a "recycling fee" when you buy a can or bottle of whatever in a store, so it's pretty shitty overall.
Recycling cans in North America is better for the environment than for the wallet, it seems.

It's a Halo series marathon being livestreamed with all donations going to Child's Play. I threw $150 into the pot and was watching/hanging out in the chat for eight hours. They're almost done Halo 2 at this point.
Oh, and they have 4 Skulls on, including Iron, on Legendary.
Hilarity ensues.
So yeah, it's pretty cool. I've been enjoying it a lot, brute unfortunately I am human and require moderate amounts of sleep.

We're watching MacHomer in English class. It's Rick Miller doing a one-man Simpson version of Macbeth live. Quite entertaining. Though his Homer voice needs more bass.

A quick Google reveals a couple things of note. BetaArchive has some stuff on it (appears to be the original leak post, can someone confirm?). People seem to be calling the game "Unreal Warfare". If this is the "Unreal Warfare" game concept presented back then, we could have something interesting on our hands (incomplete single-player Unreal story on UE3 anyone?).

First Zelda game in a long while that I'm not buying. Not because of the motion controls, but simply because I don't have and don't want to buy a Wii. I' be dropping three or four hundred bucks to play one game that I might not even like. TP turned me off of the idea of motion controlled anything, really.
