Originally posted by Flying Omelette To be honest, the Door to the Past/Present/Future text always fascinated me. Weren't there roughly two versions of Zelda 64/OoT, with the other being dumped in favor of Ocarina? I always wanted to see what the original game ended up being. =/ Also would like to mention Darunia has text for when you find the Fire Tunic before you rescue him, but... the event doesn't trigger the shortcut opening to Death Mountain. Makes it a pain in the arse. |

Originally posted by Prince Kassad Yeah, I bought the Tunic THEN saw Darunia. Didn't work =P He never gave me the tunic (still had my own), and never opened the shortcut. Edited: I can speak English, believe it or not. |

| I don't believe it, it's still Schala, I tell yee! XD *shot* Seriously, awesome. I'm glad this found was found out =P It also makes sense, because while the unused overworld sprites in the Pre don't highly resemble him, they do if you squint your eyes a little =P Wonder how he would've been implemented...? |

See here: http://zeldapower.com/images/beta_oot/5betahyrulemarkt.bmp You can see the same market if you stand outside Hyrule Castle Town from Hyrule Field and look close enough at the images on the way in. =P ...Yeah, way too much free time. ^^;; (Its really become a pain to find beta Zelda 64 shots since the Zelda Coalition and Zelda Chaos went byebye... ^^;; ) |

Originally posted by GlitterBerri Thank you, Glitter. Say, you're also from ZSO, right? XD Seen you before. If you need any help reorganizing, I'd be interested. ^^ (Would it be out of the interest area of TCRF to upload all the pre-release stuff, sicne it was technically cut? But hardly anything can be recovered from the released game ^^; ) |

| I agree with Glitter on this one; I would think a subsection would be a great idea, rather than a whole 'nother Wiki. It'd be more sane to keep organized, and the Internet really hasn't had a successful source for all things prerelease game. I mean, X-Cult was a valiant attempt, but as far as I'm concerned, the project is practically dead, and Unseen 64 has a more schizophrenic layout than I can create. |

| If the subpage thing is a go, can I go ahead and start organizing the Zelda 64 prerelease stuff? Or shouldI hold off? =) |

| Speculation A-go-go? To be honest, no idea exactly what to call it. Past Peeking? =P (And seriously, if this is given a go, is it okay to note some of the rooms that also appeared in the Zelda 64 debug (Room 120, 121 are seen in the magazine pics as a Stalfos fight and a supposed temple thing, then the Stalfos Bossfight, from the A+B Era) |

| If we were to just put up screens that were relevant to the final ROM? (Again, Rooms 121 and 120 to the Debug, and Ganon's Castle appearing in A+B Development) |

| http://tcrf.net/Solitaire Yeah yeah, was browsing the Wiki. =P I noticed the mention of Solitaire having a game number screen. I remember Win 3.1 had a version of Solitaire where you could invoke the number screen; maybe its not unused, but leftovers from an older version? Yes, I remember this because Tut's Tomb also used numbering, and I remember comparing the numbers when I was little. =P If anyone still has access to 3.1, could they double check my statements for me? |

This was something I was speculating with my sister about for sometime; all I got is theoretical reasons for it being CT 2, nothing hard and firm. Things like
Spoiler:
the sages appearances, or similarities of some plots or music to the original CT (the... realms... forget names... remind me of Zeal. I'm tired XP ) |

| Curiosity, since I think I noticed this before, or my memory's going bad. Does the 3x version have the Enter Game Number, or is that bad memory? |

| This is interesting; been a while since it's all been collected in one spot. Thank you for providing translations of the text, as well XD =) (Give kudos to your friend, as well XD ^^) ETA: Looking at the 98 stuff, video 1 at :18 seconds in... what is the weird white-blue thing in the upperleft corner, in the Kakariko shot? XD; Is it the dog lady, or what? |
