I can't edit my Rom anymore. I get EVERY Time a rom lock. I have done NOTHING!...

No. I use a new Rom an dget EVERY Time a rom lock. When I create a patch, sometimes many things are not inclluded

This should help:

231: Water
Data: ID00 RUHH VBWW - Set ID to the ID for the matching activation object (water rises when activated). Set R to 1 to allow the water to rise. U is unknown. Set HH to the height it will rise. Set V to 1 to make the water visible. Set B to the brightness of the water (0 = very dark, F = very bright, etc). Set WW to 01 if you want the rising/falling "waves" effect like in 6-2 - one of the water objects in 6-2 uses 24 for WW, I haven't yet figured out what it does.
Special note: If R is set to 1, WW is set to 00 and ID is set to 00, you will get water that infinitely rises and never stops.

The image ´s are stoed in the enemy folder. Look for "m_cannnon.nsbmd"
The world map cannon images are stored in: map-->world1.nsbmd; world2.nsbmd...

You can use the texture editor of the editor, or if you can export this image, you can user every program

Enemys are easy to edit. In the obj folder you only need to open a enemy file and import textures. Then you can edit^^
Marios and Luigis colors arent editable YET! I am looking around the Datas and my results were longer arms and crashes I dont now where the colors and pallettes stored in HEX, too.

Nsbmd is for the 3D enemies, normal enemies are in the obj folder i think^^
use ncg; nsbmd and nsbtx

I played it and it was too short xD And too easy. I think if you make them more... difficult and the design better, then it could be a good hack. Like a "New Super Challenge Bros"

Doubble-Click on the ncg file and doubble-click on all ncl files and press always "import all"
Then in the editor, choose the right pallette for the enemie.

Import now the "blablabla.ncl" files. If you make a doubbel click on one file, a window opens, then push the "add all" button ;D
