could anyone post a link to a site with a suiper mario 64 rom that works in the sm64 rom extender cause all the roms I get don't work it says "get a rom with abcd byte ordering usally ends in (U) [!]"

sorry about that rom thing
I got a rom it starts off fine then it says
"Error calling command utils, make sure your account has sufficient permissions to use command line programing. Make sure you run this program from its original folder"

can any one help me with this
