So I though some people might like to know of some places I find useful for getting CSS related code created faster and stuff.

Well, here they are

CSS3 Generator
Basically for generating code for smooth thrasitions, border roundness, shadows and transforms.

Gradient Generator/Editor
A tool to create simple colour to colour and multi-step gradients compliant with all current browsers.

@Font-Face Generator
Generates code and files to use for custom typefaces in your layouts!

Border-Image Generator
A little tool to help you create and set the margins of image based box borders!

I will add more when I remember.

Well, on a serious note, information on games being used by others is fine in pretty much all cases as it doesn't really belong to anyone, the exceptions in my opinion would include text based walkthroughs, guides, etc.

Should probably add a fair usage license (usage is okay but credit should be left) for anything DIRECTLY used from TCRF.

I'll poke the colors in though. Is one "color:" enough or do I need something I cannot do with only style="" definitions?

No, only one color: addribute needs to be defined, it's just some other board themes here use dark fonts, and black text on your layout goes baaaad.
