probalbly you get luigi's voice, through simply replacing marios files with the luigi ones (Like I have said in the post above ). Probably the luigi files contain a code, which leads to luigi's voice in the sound data of NSMB?

I and ray export the BG "Peachs Castle and grassland" and make it look like in a rainy level.
But when we import the BG again, the BG has got many grafik bugs!
then we export the BG again, and try to fix the bugs! When done, we import and the behind BG (the orange hills and clouds) have black sticks in the picture!
BTW: I and ray make a hack together ^.^

I have got a problem!
I inserted an animated block in the game, but I cant touch it!
even if i set its behavior to "00 00 01 00"!!!
Please someone help me with this

Creating a animated Block is bullshit
EDIT: Now it works! Dont know, what I have done!
I edited with Team Viewer rays ROM and there it worked fine

all sprites work in all levels, if you just use the suitable sprite set...
if you use the nsmb editor for nintendo DS, open the editor on computer, view the spritesets and then you know which sprites work and which not!

Please help me with my ROM!
Every day, I have to unlock my ROM of NSMB, because my ROM locks oneself, even if I dont do anything wrong!
I just make a level and what does happen to the ROM?.......It gets locked
I hate this shit! I use the Nsmb Editor 5.2 r136...
please someone help me

I think, a rainbow in a tileset looks bad anyway!
I will try to make a rainbow as a BG effect! Like the rain-effect

And another question. Is it possible to change the level names? For example: from 1-5 change to 1-Airship.
One time I had this problem too. Try to put "object 2" in each 16x16 grid in the editor. Also search for "object 5". If you have one in the level, the camera won't move, when "object 5" is coming near the camera!
No, you cant change the level-name, since they arent normal texts, but pictures...
I think, I can look through the HEX code of some files
The problem is, I don't know, which file holds all the level names
I think, if we find that file, we can change the destination level too! (I mean, if you choose the level 1-5 in the game, you will be linked to for example 4-2)

The animations are in the 2d texture file in the "obj" folder! ("A_block_ncg.bin" I think)

Download the 5.2 with the SVN code and do it there!
There you can open the ncg files with the editor...

OK, I have figured out the following:
When I edit textures in my (e) ROM, close the ROM and open it again, this window appears:
Sorry Window is German
And if I click continue, this appears:
This was all! I can still open the ROM with the Nsmb editor 5.1b and then export a patch!
But it can be really annoying, if the ROM always locks itself!
Hope you can help me now
