*hugs*

It's gotta be tough, but you're strong enough to get through it.

Have you maybe thought of starting your own business? It's risky, and it will be a lot of work, but you'll have a job if you're able to do it

Once, while playing tag, I tripped over a tree root and slammed my head into a rock. Not just any rock. A rough, jagged rock about half my height tall and wide and a body length long. That might have been my first ER trip, due to the dent/ profuse bleeding it bestowed my head. Yay stitches

I haven't watched our home videos in a while... those are probably a gold mine for hilarious stuff.

My little brother has an adorable Charmander, Agumon, and Gabumon costume (guess what shows he likes to watch?). I used his Marill one for Halloween one year. Instead of a full-body outfit, it ended up just being enough for my torso.

It was flipping awesome. I had a dance-off with a pair of brothers who went as Neo and Cloud. Black coats all around!

Though ours did like to bite...

Only a physics lab and the physics final left.

I kinda had a "ZOMG CALC FINAL I'M GONNA DIE" meltdown last night
Yeah... I was no logic and all emotion. It was bad.

But I'm a lot better now
I hope I don't have a physics final breakdown of similar magnitude

Edit: And now I'm done! I'm done, I'm done, I'm done I'm done I'm done! *begins twirling and dancing*
And now I have to pack all my crap. *stops dancing. starts working again*

For the past 4 hours, I have been procrastinating doing my physics lab (technically due yesterday) and studying for my physics final yesterday. I just need to... get of jul...
It'll get done... eventually... before tonight... maybe... I'll be in trouble if I don't...

I've always been curious: if you take something like juice or soda or milk, would a water filter be able to take out all the non-water particles and leave you with pure H2O? Or would it partially filter it, get clogged, and then break? Or would it remove only half of the junk? I kinda want to try this...

Has anyone else done an experiment like this? One that has no purpose, except "just to know"?

Although I do think you've won, regardless.

And yes, people are that curious.

I pretty much tried against a can of Pepsi in a water filter that goes into a pitcher. Well, it tried. The filter was more than saturated and I had brownish water at the end of it.

I'm pretty sure if there was higher class filtration that you would get some water but I would imagine it's not going to be very much.

So since water filters are designed to handle low concentrations of non-water particles (like loose ions and such), filtering a ridiculously saturated fluid (comparatively) quickly "uses up" their "filtering power"?

Ah, yes. The minor difference between procrastinating and not doing something at all. It's a fine line to be navigated with caution. Depending upon the mood of the professor.

Fortunately, my professor has be pretty relaxed on deadlines in the past. The last lab I turned in ~2 weeks late, no excuses, no penalties. That's partly why I don't feel the need to do it right now... but professors turn the official grades into the school in less than a week so being ridiculously late really isn't an option here...

Ugh. In the real world, things fall behind schedule constantly. Why do schools treat deadlines like the end of the world?

So then that way you're "prepared" and pleasantly surprised when you're allowed some leeway at a job.

It's probably better being forced to be on-time in school and relaxed in the real-world, as opposed to having movable deadlines in schools and then -surprise!- having to claw your way out of a bad habit once you get a job.

...So 5 hour energy only works if you're not tired/ sleep deprived? Then that means...

I tried buying my mom a mother's day cake before leaving school (they were selling them), but all the places had already closed for the summer or were out

She appreciated the idea, though.

We're probably going to do something for her as a family.

It's the only thing newsworthy.

It's basically the only thing that catches people's attention. In order to have viewers, newscasters have to report things that catch their audience's attention. Thus, most of the events we see on tv are ones that induce fear. After all, a story about happy things is not nearly as fascinating as one about a disaster. It's like when you pass a car wreck, how you just can't stop looking at it, even though you don't really want to. For a disaster-themed news story, it's much harder to turn off the tv.

Did the people wearing the American Flag-themed clothing do anything else, like make racist remarks? I can't believe that just wearing the red white and blue (in America) could spark an outrage just by itself. Then again, who knows.

You could try baking a cake? They are quite easy to make, and I find that most of the store-bought ones are way too sweet and full of things that should not be in a cake.

I guess it's that I wanted it to be a secret/surprise. But yeah, I'll probably end up doing something like that for her.
