My parents still provide me with most things I need, but sometime as a college student, I want to study abroad. I'm thinking maybe Australia, England, Japan, some island country where they either speak English or are cool with Americans.

At this point in time, I've kinda depleted all my funds from high school. So cash for random stuff (aka impulse purchases) would be nice too.

I studied abroad in Germany Of course the language there is German, but my classes were in English and they taught me some basic German too.

As for me, I want cute fluffy adorable little kitty cats I'm living with my mom and her cat right now, but I still want some of my own. I think I want 2 of them, little kitten siblings that like to snuggle. So cute!

Kittens! Yes! How could I forget teh kittehs?
If you own animals and are renting an apartment, the price dramatically increases. So extra $ would go to kittens first.

Wheel of Fortune --> PotC2 soundtrack
I like how it incorporates almost all of the songs
It sounds much better coming from my headphones than my computer speakers. And I can have it as loud as I want to this way (without disturbing anyone's study time).

Tuesday: Philosophy
Wednesday: Calculus and Chemistry
Friday: Physics

Calculus and Chemistry are going to get extra attention. The Chem final can replace our lowest test grade. For calculus, all material on the final related to test #3 will determine my grade for that test (the one I stupidly missed)

I drank one around 4 (in the afternoon) and I'm still going strong as dawn is breaking outside. It is quite beautiful. The dawn and the consciousness I have.

Note: one should not drink a whole energy drink if one wishes to get any sleep...

But it's the weekend, so I don't care.

Edit/ update: 9:00 AM now. Effects are fading fast. But it was good while it lasted

FRIDAY April 16th - Project

TUESDAY April 20th - Calculus II
THURSDAY April 29th - Architecture of microcomputers
SATURDAY May 1st - Software Engineering

I wish my finals were as spread out as that...

On second thought, maybe not. I'd hate to take finals for a whole month.

Congrats!

Maybe someday I'll get that many posts... or to 1000 posts... or 100...
I've got a while to go, at any rate

Congrats again!

This being my last semester before graduation, I only had 3 classes, and it turns out that only 1 of them involves a final exam.

That being physics. I'm glad this teacher is a lenient grader, as I don't understand some of the material in the class. He said the questions will be shorter than on the tests, so maybe I'll do decently at least.

If she's willing, I'm pretty sure MajesticLight would be able to help you with whatever topics you aren't sure about. She's beast at physics.

Yup! You better believe it

Just say the word and I'll jump to help! I physics

24 hours w/o sleep. Then a 4 hour "nap," I suppose you can call it.
I feel fine.

I was expecting some sort of backlash/ coma from doing this to myself, but...

What the HECK do they put in those things I'm a little scared of how un-crappy I feel... not that I'm complaining. Just surprised.

I plan on calling to check on my application tomorrow right as they open. Then again on Wednesday if they haven't gotten back to me yet.

When I was getting a lifeguard job, I would go in about every couple of weeks or so to see if any new spots had opened up. Even though there was another person ahead of me, I was contacted first because I had shown much more interest in the position than he had.

In other words, good plan!

I was able to do a term project in ~5 hours. Powerpoint presentation, argument reconstruction, and 3 page critical analysis.

It could have gone better. Especially the presentation part. Kinda hard to bs your way through that.

Thing is, people see the phrase "Swine Flu," panic, and then buy it just because NOT doing so would mean they're bad parents. After all, if an easy and cheap way to save little Billy from death is around, it makes no sense NOT to buy it and shove it down little Billy's throat.

And hasn't sugar been shown to decrease the efficiency of the body's immune system?

I did find that my best work was when I only had 1 night to put it all together. If I tried to do it spread out in the given time frame... it wasn't as good.

Exactly this

When I actually did work 3-4 days before it was due (papers, lab reports, etc) I would get a grade or two lower than if I did it, say, 2 or 3 AM the on that day.

Maybe that's why I'm on jul right now instead of studying for finals...

2 cats, both black. They're brother and sister from the same litter.
The female is typical scaredy-cat, but the male loves dogs (we swear that he thinks he's a dog). Funny how they're related but have completely different personalities.

Used to have a golden retriever but...
She was 5.

I'll get pictures up, somehow. Eventually.
