I thought the ad was cute and funny. I like it when I have little "Oh... tee hee!" moments, like at the end of the commercial

We were shopping for videogames when I was 6 or 7. The employees were playing some really gory game (maybe Mortal Kombat). At any rate, during the fight there was blood spurting everywhere, and there was some finishing move, and the guy's weapon got stuck in the enemy, and he couldn't get it out, and....
I was crying before we got to car. I felt like I had eaten... I don't know. A rock or something. And that it was tearing me to pieces from the inside out. -------------------- |

Originally posted by Orlandu I agree. Most everything I have has been previously owned. It just makes more sense that way. I once bought an adorable, tailored French dress for $15. I didn't recognize the brand, but everyone who did told me they sell for hundreds of dollars, normally. I know that if/when I buy a car, it's going to be used. They say a new car loses about 3/4 of its value the moment you buy it. I don't want to invest in a new car, only to have most of its resale value disappear. I just have to make sure the car didn't get sold back because of performance problems. ![]() -------------------- |

Meh. Something needs to start happening. I'll vote Tyty for the time being, I guess. Unless the Sheriff can state otherwise.

Last night... Bitmap... just...
![]() Anyway, today I decided I'd go in to my old high school and see my two favorite teachers: Mr N and Mr Miller. Mr Miller was my AP Physics C teacher my junior year, and he is one of the reasons why I love physics and did so well in mechanics. AWESOME teacher. Mr N was our high schools Sci-fi club teacher supervisor, and he is the one who organizes most of the sister-city relationship things. He was the one who gave the Sci-fi club the opportunity to go to Japan. He was also my English teacher, and is an awesome guy in general. Neither of them were there ![]() I left around 12 for the train station. Of course, I had missed the train by about 10 minutes and the next one wasn't coming for about an hour or so. Planning for the win At any rate, to pass the time, I talked to this random guy who said he loved my red hair. He was an alright dude ![]() As I walked from the train station to school, there was this poor little dead turtle on the sidewalk Poor li'l guy... his shell wasn't much bigger than a quarter...Anyway, school, failure to find teachers, etc etc. I met some old friends there who hadn't graduated yet. Today was the senior's last day, so there was lots of silly string, shaving cream, water balloons, etc. Senior's last day is always the most fun For example, a senior in the class of '08 drove backwards at 30 mph in an SUV, with 3 passengers, on his last day. Guess how THAT turned out? (PS- his last name was Spears... don't know if he has any connections, but it's likely)On my way back, planning for the win strikes again. I get there, and the next train is coming in an hour. I didn't really put a lot of thought into this. I spend the time talking to another random stranger, who tells me the benefits of having close friends. It makes me remember how I need start putting effort into finding people in VA I still don't really have a plan on how I'm going to get friends down there...At any rate, I'm going to be attending a birthday party tonight. Sten-yo is turning 19, and I think she mentioned something about birthday shots... Her mom's pretty relaxed, or uptight, depending on the situation. I could see it happening ![]() I think today is my last day up here. Tomorrow morning we're getting up bright and early to go back to VA. The party is going to be a sleepover, so maybe I just shouldn't go to bed... ![]() -------------------- |

So the birthday party was pretty cool. We went to Lanes and Games and played candle pin bowling. They had a scratch card machine, and I won $4 off a $1 card. We then watched 40 Year Old Virgin, which is an awesome movie, and had Oreo cake with cream cheese frosting. Yum yum
![]() My present was in a classy bag (plastic bag with "Classy Bag of AWESOMENESS" stapled to it) with classy tissue paper (Kleenex with "Classy Tissue Paper" written on it). I am tired as hell right now, 'cuz I got very little sleep last night and the night before, and 'cuz I got Yokai-chan's stupid cold. It was inevitable, though ![]() So, yeah. Other stuff happened too, but I'm too tired to continue typing ![]() -------------------- |

I find that if I smile at something, I'll say LOL. If I actually laugh out loud, I'll say something a little more verbose, stating how I did, indeed, laugh out loud.

Originally posted by Zero One Originally posted by Zero One Why not combine the two? ![]() I know this is bad advice, but you could leave your farewell present in the computers, as opposed to on the lawn. Maybe change all default desktop pictures to a field with a giant penis-shaped burn etched into the grass, or something. Personally, I'd mentally do it and imagine their responses. That way, I would still be satisfied with my revenge, but not have to deal with repercussions, if there were any. I know the seniors in my year graffitied a giant penis across the school driveway. It took up the whole road (at least 3-4 cars wide), and although I didn't get to see it before the custodians whitewashed it, apparently it was very detailed and extremely well-done. -------------------- |
