| Some text in Nemo that needs to be translated. Please.
First is found with the big English / High Score font. Second is found as a tile with the Stage 3 boss's eyes + nose. ![]() ____________________ |

The lanterns were removed from the final room. The southern exit was made one space wider. The little barrier to the right of the key space was changed to two big blocks.
The Bomb and Arrow counts are higher than what they can be in the game. They both cap at 60. The Guardian Acorn isn't an inventory item in the final game. However, there is data for it to show up in the Item Shop in the final version. The Full Moon Cello and Coral Triangle switched places. Those cymbals were replaced with the Wind Marimba.
The Yoshi Doll sprite was redrawn in the final game. It looks a lot better:
The potion and Yoshi Doll / trading item switched places as well. That Koban item isn't in the final game at all.
Oh, there's that Koban again. Looks like it was replaced with another 30 Rupee prize in the final game. The Yoshi Doll and Heart switched places in the final game, probably to make the doll easier to get.
Oh God. Uhh...I'll start from the top and work from there. The house on the upper-left part of the map isn't present in the early screenshot. This is Mr. Write's house in the final game. The Tal Tal Mountain Range juts out to the third row in the early map. In the final map it's confined to the top two rows. The entire Mountain Rage representation seems to be different, but unfortunately the top row of the map seems to have been cut off. The skull tree representing the Tabahl Wasteland is a normal tree in the early map. Kanalet Castle uses different tiles in the early map. The River Rapids sections is four tiles larger in the early map. Interestingly, those four tiles are still labeled as "River Rapids" on the final map! The entrance to the Mysterious Woods was changed from a tree to three dotted tiles and a house. This was probably to make room for the Fishing Game. The Koholint Prairie (those three dotted tiles and house that start to the right of the Mysterious Woods) is four tiles larger in the early map. The Face Shrine and Ancient Ruins use different tiles. They look identical in the old map. The house directly east of Mabe Village isn't on the map in the final version. This marks where a Telephone Booth is in the final game. The lake to the east of that house is one tiler larger in the early map. The Martha's Bay area extends much further on the old map. There's another 2x2 lake near the beach that's completely missing from the final map. This is where the Signpost Maze is in the final version. The four blank tiles near the beach are filled in on the final map. Animal Village is represented by one large house on the early map, and four small houses on the final map. The house south of the Catfish's Maw entrance isn't on the final map. This is where The Mourning Mermaid statue appears in the final game. The House By The Bay in the last row of the map isn't present in the early map. The lake south of Animal Village is two tiles larger in the early map.
The southern exit was changed to match the width and placement of the fairy pond.
The third Spark enemy on the far right of the screen was removed.
This is the closest screen I could find to the early image. As you can see, it changed a lot. A lot. Those mountain tiles don't show up anywhere in the ROM. ____________________ |

Need translation for an item (dress) in Forgotten Worlds / Lost Worlds that's only found in the Japanese version. First picture is the item description, second is after you've bought it.

| So the Japanese version of Forgotten Worlds voices Sylphie, the shopkeeper. I know this isn't really text, but could someone translate these?
And yes, this is the best sound quality I could possibly get. Intro 1: http://tcrf.net/images/3/38/FWorldsArcSound95.ogg Intro 2: http://tcrf.net/images/4/40/FWorldsArcSound96.ogg Buying an item: http://tcrf.net/images/9/95/FWorldsArcSound97.ogg These two aren't used so I don't have a context for them: http://tcrf.net/images/c/cd/FWorldsArcSound99.ogg http://tcrf.net/images/e/e7/FWorldsArcSound9A.ogg ____________________ |

| Found these two tiles in Vulgus under the object graphics, they don't appear to be used anywhere.

| There's a T.Toyohara in the high score list, I'm guessing that's the one. ____________________ |

In that set of maps (thanks for that, by the way) I found at least one unused room. It's in Mt. Teapot 1 (Or Map 6).
This might have been the original checkpoint room. I'm guessing that the break in the water is where the checkpoint would be. Here's what each map corresponds to. Maps past 42 are duplicates of the first 43 maps. The duplicates might be used for the exclamation point switch effect.

This is going to be a long shot, but can you decipher anything from these unused Kanji in Mega Man 3?
This is the entire Kanji font and includes used characters. The Kanji is used in the ending sequence for the Mega Man 1 Robot Masters information, which can be seen here.
Speculation is that the unused Kanji has something to do with the Mega Man 2 Robot Masters. So, uh...good luck. And thank you. ____________________ |

More Arcade game text!
This is a filler tile from the X-Men Arcade game. It's found in Nightcrawler's player tiles. The rest of this stuff is from Exed Exes.
The first three pieces of text are win messages when you beat the boss of a round. They're completely blanked out in Savage Bees, the North American game.
This text appears when the player gets 10 million points, ending the game. Confusingly, this has more text than the Japanese game, which cuts off after the second line!
The last bits are two large Kanji characters that appear in the background tileset. Thank you for your help! ____________________ |

| One more thing from Exed Exes, found this string in the middle of some hidden credits text that was stored in Hiragana.

| Thank you!
It turns out that credit list is part of a feature that's present in Exed Exes but removed in Savage Bees. ____________________ |

The Japanese version of Commando has an extra screen in its Attract Mode. Look, it's PGC again!

Found in the object graphics ROM of Gun.Smoke. It's Aoki again, but I need a translation for the third character. ____________________ |
