Oh no, double post!

Does this appear anywhere? It's loaded with the cutter platform, coconut, and launch platform. It certainly looks unfamiliar.

In the process of ripping all of the sprites that have unused palettes. There's actually more than I thought.

Also found a few unused background/foreground palettes, which is nice.

As long as the graphics are readable from some tile viewer I'd be happy.

Slowing mapping the ROM locations for every room in Kirby Super Star. Hopefully I can find something in the gaps that's not referenced by a room ID.

It's not exactly the same, that picture has graphics for a Podobo that the other SNES Test Program doesn't have.

Seconding the OGG extension (Because we're totally voting on this), and maybe something that streams MP3 files too. You know, that one extension I don't remember the name of right now.

Oh hello.

I've been working on hacking Kirby Super Star for a while now. I've uploaded what I've got so far on the wiki here.

Not quite enough for a level editor, but it's definitely something.

Coincidentally, I just found some interesting unused content for Wario Land yesterday. Stay tuned.

For what, the bird or the blocks?

I think it means something like "ball roll" or "ball rolling".

If you can find (or guess) the enemy spawn points, it'd be a lot easier.

Pick an enemy, preferably one that stays in place then charges you. Barring that, an enemy that only moves horizontally or vertically. Track the enemy's movement using some kind of cheat finder or memory viewer. Then look up the X position and Y position of that enemy in the ROM.

The Mega Man 7 prototype page is over 32k and it's getting way too long vertically. Should I divide it into seperate pages? Something like Proto:Mega Man 7/Intro Stage, Proto:Mega Man 7/Freeze Man, etc.

The other thing I wanted to do was add a vertical mode to the compare template:

(There is a "vertical" variant as it is but it kind of stinks)

That would certainly be better for maps, yeah.

Awesome. I applied the new template to the Mega Man 7 prototype page, it looks a lot better this way. Thanks.

Mega Man 7 prototype page is finished...and it's the largest page on the site. Not counting notes and disassembly pages, anyway.

Yay?
