they can and did - tetris license was chiefly held by ELORG (an organization controlled by USSR's Ministry of Foreign Trade) for the rest of the USSR's life (and still for years afterwards as a private company)

i've played guitar off-and-on for some 14 years now, and i have a couple keyboards but i don't mess with them all that much. i'd kinda like to get a bass at some point, but also another guitar i think, maybe an epiphone LP studio or something, upgrade from my lil $250 epiphone special II. beyond guitar, bass, and piano i don't think there's really anything else i'd like to learn, though.

edit: i'll also drop my findings here i spose

kiosk has some added clips to MPEG.bin (0x10A4518): the cape claw scarab toll at 48:45 and fox/saber demanding help from the swapstone at 54:42

AMBIENT.bin and MUSIC.bin are unchanged, but SFX.bin (0x1BF098) had ten sounds added: some marching sounds, some metallic chimes, and a squeaky chuckle

DB_TEXTURES is not in the N64 proto, nor is TEX.bin (the dkr leftovers)
