In the entire thread you've only used one question mark. So yes, I'm answering your one and only question right now.

The problem with AJAX is that it's often improperly used.

Konqueror, fastest browser I've used (yes that includes Opera ), and supports pretty much everything needed to render the web, has a nice assortment of features. Only downside is that it requires massive amounts of RAM (like 40MB ) as it uses kdelibs (fixed in KDE 4 I hear).

Which brings me to wonder, why is Safari listed but not the browser it's based on (Konqi)?

The Acid2 test called.

As if Opera ever cared about standards either.

Almost anything I try to code breaks in Firefox, for example...

Last time I saw you saying that, you weren't even using correct logic in your stylesheet.

IE is not a web browser. It is a viewer of a proprietary markup language based on HTML, an interpreter of a proprietary scripting language based on Javascript, with support for a proprietary styling system based on a small subset of CSS1, allows documents to cripple the operating system, that happens to support downloading documents via HTTP.

fixed some more

Forgetting the past doesn't help anybody. Bush and company don't have any idea what happened in Germany in the 1930s/40s, and look where it's gotten the United States now.
