I bought my wife a Kindle Fire for Christmas. But she doesn't get to open it yet so I haven't been able to play with it. From what I've read, its nothing compared to an iPad but its a decent color e-reader with other functions. My only concern is the browser, in the review videos that I saw it was kind of sluggish but supposedly Amazon is working on an major update to speed the whole device up. Just another week and a half til we my wife gets to play with it.

It's funny you say that. Just the other day I watched an episode of How It's Made on Discovery and they went over garden steam locomotives that you can ride. They're fully functional steam engines. It was awesome! And I was thinking, "Man it'd be cool to have one of those!" I guess now if I got coal in my stocking from Colin, I'd have my fuel ready to go for when I get one.

Paper Toss 2 - iPhone 4

It's actually a pretty fun little game, but I'm sure I'll be bored with it in a few days. I've already collected half of the special items you can toss instead of paper. I'm saving up the points you earn for the flaming paper ball next. Pretty expensive, but there are 3 that cost more.
