Replace (mario_head_cap; mariodeadhead; mariodeadhead_n; ) with the mario_head_nocap AND you get a no caped mario
You can give luigi t-shirt replacing mario_model with luigi_model. Also, you can make mario have a shell as head, but crashes when damaged
For overworld, swap w2_tree with w1_tree etc..
Ok hoped you had drawn mario/overworld your self, did not notice a nocap mario existed.
However still very cool idear. Hope to see more levels from you. |

I have made a "browser" that uses Garmichaels (thanks) sprite image.
It is possible to search useing sprite number og name. If you maximize the window you can use the mouse to select a image for the sprite.
Click once in upper corner and once in lower corner to mark the image, it is the automatic added to the browser.
I have allready made a some of them, but not all. There is also a button to get a new sprite list from web and a option to submit
you modifyed list. However Im not sure I have time to keep the master list updated with your changes but please submit if you have made a lot of changes.
You can also put your own images in a images folder then it will use these.

This might be the hardest NSMB hack yet!
Like to see you pass this level with out savestate...
For ROM (E) version!
The zip contain a exe and bat fil that will make the patch for you.
Just unzip all to a folder, add a clean (E) ROM named "KIM - Kaizo Inspired Mario.nds" and run the batch.
(If you dont trust the exe just download a fresh ApplyPPF v3.0 - I guess any other ppf patch tool also will do).

you have some nice ideas, but not tricky. try my 2-1, 1-castle
nice camera view, and switches...but using too many items can make 'confusing' to players.
they don't know how it works. who think there is a space in upside?
as i experienced, people don't want to play compound but simple.
make it simple, but hard. using many items can be fun for us (used to play NSMB)
but others don't know what to do with that things.
also i suggest that you use DSATM to make infinite lives. (like mine!)
die in 1-1, you have to see L-O-N-G intro again and again...
and if you want, 'save anywhere' can be good
Just tried you W1-1 it is not hard - it is impossible.
Or my emulatoer is missing something. I had to open it in the editor and it seems you have made a brick pipe?
However it does not work in my DeSmuMe.

I like it. Think it is one of the best.
W2-1 are missing a star coin.
I cant get to W2-A. W2-3 are missing the secret exit.
