| Yeah, so I came down with the damn flu. I got a vaccination for H1N1 when they were handing them out at the college, so at least I know it ain't that. Still feel terrible, though. Rough stuff. -------------------- Admittedly, wandering around in a state of abject confusion is my forte. |

| About time, Google. If they actually cut off ties with a government that regularly violates every basic tenant of human rights, I'll start using their services again. -------------------- Admittedly, wandering around in a state of abject confusion is my forte. |

| I dunno. I never really liked Dominoes. Just like in the commerical, their dough tasted like cardboard and the sauce was generally flavorless. But I haven't tried their new pizzas, yet. | This sounds vaguely like the set up to the Condemned series. Similar premise, you're a detective tracking down a serial killer and in the sequel, Bloodshot, the game is filled with quick-hit-this-button kind of events. Shame I can't see the video, otherwise I have more of a thorough idea of what this game is trying to convey. I'll hold my judgments until it's release. |

| Mostly, things that have already been mentioned on here. Slow computers make want to start throwing shit and shout at inanimate objects. Also, I hate those cubes of pepperoni on frozen pizzas. Ruined many a pizza for me. @Gabu: I seriously could not agree with you more. I believe you can thank Horace Mann for compulsory education, when it comes to the States. Back then when our country was young, it was necessary. Today, it's become this massive deficit dinosaur and I've seen first-hand the unintentional damage it does. Hell, there were times I needed to stop going and go private for sanity's sake. The state made it damn near impossible and regulated the living crap out of it, and I was forced to go back to the public system. It kinda disturbed me on how dedicated the government wanted to preserve it's monopoly on education, even in the private sector, and that's essentially what this boils down to. Well, in my opinion, that is. But of course, my little cousin recently became home-schooled. And guess what? The transition was fluid, and practically unregulated. Turns out that there was a big movement to decentralize private schooling in my state and remove the governmental element from it. And of freaking course, they were successful a full four years later after I managed to graduate from high school. My luck for you, ladies and gents. |

| Holy shit, it's snowing. Down here. Like, three inches. I'm quite sure the looting will begin soon. Chaos will reign, rioting will reduce us to an anarchy state and and the elderly will surely not survive. But seriously, we absolutely do not know how to drive in these conditions. So I'm expecting a lot of accidents on the roads today. |

| I remember that Fable 2 was insanely buggy. It got bad enough that I ostracized it from my hard drive and my mind. But for all it's faults, I actually kinda fell in love with it. I was totally infatuated with the plot and how choices required actual, significant sacrifices for the greater good. It made being a either a hero or a villain more three-dimensional. Anyways, it's a good chance I'll actually buy Fable III when it comes out. Although, I'm hoping that the removal of experience isn't going to ruin the experience. |

Originally posted by Shadic To be honest, I never got too deeply in the first installment. Didn't own a Xbox, so I never had the chance to play it too much. So I can't really say that the sequel was an improvement, seeing that I never experienced the problems with the first one. But in a sense, compared to other games with morality systems like Fallout 3 and the such, the choices you had to make in Fable II is more weighty and sacrificing yourself for the well-being of others can be surprisingly dire. For instance...
Spoiler: You'll have to choose between having your physical beauty removed or let the beauty of an innocent woman be stolen. Sparing her gives you warts, gray hair and kick-ass glowing, red eyes... Actually, that was a win/win for me. Lemme give you a better example... Okay, at the end of the game, you'll have a single wish; a choice between resurrecting your family, massive wealth or resurrecting all the people who died while being forced by the primary antagonist to build the structure that enabled the wish to be granted. Regardless of the choice you make, you must forever sacrifice something. There's other decisions you'll have to make, but the Wish is one of the most important decisions you'll make in the game. Hmm. Now I want to play Fable II again. But after hitting a glitch that caused a campaign event to never occur? Not sure. That glitched forced me to start all over. |

Just beaten it, myself.
Spoiler: Lost three teammates in the process, though. Garrus included. Pissed me off to no end, he was one of my favorite characters! Even after all the preparations, all the ship and crew upgrades and gaining their trust... Well anyways, in the end, I blew up the base and told the Illusive Man to go sit on a tack. Didn't really go as smoothly as I hoped. But hey, on the plus side, my character bedded Tali. Hooray for alien nookie. ![]() Although, after Protege's dramatic revelation, I believe I'm now burdened with deep emotional scarring. XD |

| The only thing I recall that was really old was an old NES machine. It was an hand-me-down. I played the hell outta that thing for a looong time, until it finally cacked out in the late ninety's and I threw it out. Upgraded to a SNES, after that. Birthday gift, I think. |
