...is it just me, or is Mario a little TOO fast? I'm on 2-3, and I'm trying to do my usual strategy of OH FUCK JUMPING FISH RUN RUN RUN... and I ran too fast and slammed into one, as opposed to being perfectly spaced between them. Otherwise... this game owns. Don't know who my favorite character is yet, though.

This is my new second-favorite Zelda game.
Seriously, it really does feel like Zelda 2. Except by that I mean a direct sequel to Zelda 1, and not the weird-but-awesome one we got that scrolls sideways. Everything I know from playing Zelda has proven correct, down to "use bombs on the second boss, because he dislikes smoke." Even though it WASN'T a dodongo, and I sure as fuck never had to run that fast away from one before.
There is no such thing as enough recommendation for this game. Holy hell. Almost as happy with this purchase as I was with Nier.

I'm... oddgnostic, I guess you'd call it. I've been to church twice when I was little, to see what the hubbub was about. D: Didn't really click with me. But, living in a house with a: greek orthodox mom, b: roman catholic dad, c: Santera (practicioner of Santeria) eldest sister and d: wiccan older sister... there's lots of gods around. So, I have a weird little polytheistic "anything goes as long as it's good" thing. I have a little altar in my room that I light candles at when I feel I should, which is... really, really rarely. But, it makes me feel good, and that's really the point, isn't it? :o
