Actually yes. I was looking at the Layer1 BG tiles, and if you just fix the GFX, they will actually show up again.

Edit: This feature is obsolete however because I have a Map16 insert feature.

And another thing havent you found unused things like when i was GFX editing i saw a mushroom with a ? and a strange boo and a turtle from super mario world and i have heard that the lost levels from SMB3 are there its true?

EDIT: found that the smb3 lost levels are there and the ? mushroom is for the vs mode.

Here are some others, some of these many people might have find them like 43 and 258, but anyways

43 is a lakitu Havent noticed the differences with the original.

258 is a spikebass the difference is that it works on a lower water level the used one dosent Thanks to hiccup for this.

for 255 is 00 00 SS 00 00 W0 change s to the speed that will start hovering, change W to have invisble water at the height of the plants

266 is a red dot or flame that appears in front of you near the area you putted it. Some say is hot foot from SMB3.

203 is a purple tilt mushroom that is small and tilts slowly

for 149 (I THINK this is unused) 00 00 10 00 00 00 to make appear a empty koopa shell. if you change the color to blue you can grab the blue shell and carry it around but if you ground pound you will get the powerup like in the beta way of getting this powerup.

for buzzy bettle put 00 00 02 00 00 00 to make appear only his shell

This same happens to me, whenever I change some levels, sometimes it freezes when I try to enter the level or resets. Also I am having problems when i save the level. For example, I save 1-4, then change 1-6 and when i try to play 1-4 its all messy and all objects are gone, enemies in weird and random places and crash objects. When I save back 1-4, 1-6 is now messy. But i have seen people making hacks and not having that problems. Maybe is the ROM?

Is this method is possible in any ways to change the music? Extract th SDAT file of NSMB and other game like M&L PiT. Extract one file from the other game SDAT like the boss fight music and replace it in NSMB boss fight music(if its possible to replace) since they are in the ds format. Is this way is possible?

Whoops! My fault. I meant to write 0x63. Anyways, How did I find it? Here's how:

I downloaded a DS sound file player, and the songs in the game. After checking through the songs, to my surprise, the beta song was in the list(my favorite song in the game)!! Then, I realized that all of the songs were named in hex, with the same names as the music bytes already used in the game(like how the overworld theme was 0x1a, the song name was 001a, and the beta song was named 0063), so I figured, if this music was ripped from the game, it should be still in the game normally! Once again, I was surprised to see that it actually worked! I wish I could get the full list of songs actually in the game, but I'm on a different PC.

But what I meant about the minigame(touch screen games) music, was that I wonder if there's a way you can trigger the game to play those songs in the normal game. It would take me a while to figure it out, because the minigame songs are named the same as the normal songs, meaning there are two songs titled '000a', and such.

What is the name of the ds sound player did you use?

I changed the location of the lock using smb3map and works fine. While messing with the editor i found this:
When I select the boom boom options a select level appears, apparently you choose the level the boom boom is( havent tested it) And can I change 3 byte objects for 4 ones?

At first I used a buzzy beetle, but tried to change it with the SMAS style unused green parabeetle and tried to make a gif animation for it, but it looked bad and was a total failure. Now i dont use the buzzy beetle because I lost the url. So i dont have one to use.

This is great! The editor has more new features! I cant wait to use it! It will help me in time with my hack, and I think 5.0 fits better in the version since it has more new features.

Just a question Treeki, if the ? block graphic is changed, would it require to change the other graphic of the block since the ? moves, same to other objects like coins, quicksand, etc?
