(Thought of this one after watching Kindergarten Cop this afternoon  )
What do you do for a living? If you're just a student, tell us what you study.
As of this week, I'm a PHP developer with a software house in Sheffield. I'm going to be writing professional development software based in object-oriented PHP5. I'm going to be working with either the Smarty or Zend frameworks.
I am starting at the end of next week- but things are still being finalised.
The salary is in the region of £16k / year ($32k /y).  |

I don't do anything. I get around $600 per month for disability, and that's it. I'd also dropped out of the senior high school year in October 2005.

I am studying meteorology. However, I failed two courses last semester, because I'm an idiot.
If I can't do this, then I don't know what to do, so I kind of have to pull this one off.
I also did do some volunteer work at a student run bar/concert place last year, but I am not continuing that for the time being, for uh.. various reasons.

Going to be a high school sophomore... Taking Geometry, should I be allowed to transfer (was recommended last year, but took Alg. again due to confidence problems. Later found out that it was A/B, a prolonged study of the first half of the standard textbook... ugh), Chemistry (whee), Co-ed PE again (blah), standard English 10 (feh), Journalism, and World History.
This year looks pretty dull.

I'm Jake, and I get annoyed a lot.
Until I get a job, that and video games are about all I do. I was supposed to hear back from Lowe's and McDonald's by yesterday, but nope. Called 'em today, manager for McDonald's is in Vegas, and the HR manager at Lowe's is away until Monday. Gah.
