	In a raging fit of stupidity (and perhaps intoxication), I tried some tuna sushi a couple years ago in Texas. OH MY GOD NEVER AGAIN. It tasted exactly like it smelled and was slippery and rubbery and gaaaaaaaaaack ____________________

Every once in a while I have to push it down if it has any odd tastes to it (See: Ones with some kind of horseradish), but once it goes down it's really good. I usually eat a ton of sushi at buffets.

Um... no. I know people who really like it but to me it's raw fish and I'm not the biggest fan of fish to begin with.

(I only like salmon, tuna and sole.)

And even then... there's a sushi place near work and it's brand new with cheap prices. I don't know if I'd want to risk it.

I've tried it, and no. I'll eat cooked sushi, but that's rare. And the only reason why I ate it before is because I used to work in a restaurant that served it. ____________________

I'm not the biggest fan of seafood, but I love sushi! It just has to be fresh. I also like it pure and simple. I used to eat the california rolls and crap that had everything under the sun in it except raw fish, but now just give me a chunk of sticky rice with a slab of raw tuna on top and I'm happy. Oh, with a little soy sauce of course, and wasabi (or whatever dyed horseradish crap they try to pass off as wasabi) when I'm in the mood. I can't stand the ginger though. Sushi definitely takes some getting used to. When you first try it, it tastes like ass, but it grows on you in a weird way until it tastes good. Even then I wouldn't say that I think its wonderful or is exceptionally delicious. It's good yes, but its mainly just because its flavor is unique and is a nice departure from all the crap I normally eat. I actually just had some last night.

Never had it. Not big on seafood but I'd probably try it once. If it doesn't fit to my palette the first time, though, I usually go blech...and that's the end of that forever.

You guys must've had really bad sushi if it didn't smell good or have the right texture.

...but yeah, it's not really for everyone, I guess.

I love Eel roll, personally, and California rolls, but honestly, I'll pretty much eat any kind of sushi, rolls or otherwise, just as long as it's fresh, has been refrigerated properly, and was prepared correctly.
