The game has been updated.
Now movement has acceleration and deceleration, as well as jumps not always automatically being at maximum power. Making the turnaround jumps in level 4 is much harder, as well as the jumps in level 6.
Also, the right edge no longer constrains you in the autoscrolling levels, it now moves the deadly left edge at your speed if you move faster.
Music has been changed a bit, especially eversion level 3's music.

Figured it might be worth pointing out that the script change doesn't exactly work anymore, either.

Some people seemed to have found a "minus world" here, as well... though I dunno which version this was done on. (1.6?)

Wait, shouldn't have it crashed on world 0? I mean, the way they did it is exactly the same I did at first. Leave a "warp to a lower eversion" flag open (or whatever) and just evert in world 1... I doubt they intentionally fixed it for no reason...

(for the record, I have 1.4. I would have posted an image of world 0 a long time ago, but I can't take a picture... If you want to see it easily though, overwrite the posted code where it says "if (k>=49 && k<=57) then" with "if (k>=48 && k<=57) then")

Edit: actually, -1 is also in 1.4 as well. Put "47" in that code and hit "-". It does even have the correct graphics. Of course, it also crashes at the start.

In 1.4, eversion level -1 works perfectly. It appears to remove all monsters after you select it, and otherwise acts just like eversion level 1.
Couldn't get it working in 1.5.

You can sorta see it everting to world 9 immediatelly after... but yeah, I don't get the actual world working.

World 9 is just a copy of the world you were on before with player graphics for the enemies (speed is one higher than eversion 1, I think it's eversion 7 speed) and a black BG. It's used in the ending for the princess and such, I think.

Switching to World 0 from World 1 freezes the game, and switching to it from World 9 or 8 has quite a bit of lag. The background is still black, so I can't tell if it's World 1--1 or not, but the graphics are the same. I have no idea which Eversion version I have.

Not really, it's just that map.readjust() isn't called to avoid crashing. So the map graphics aren't changed.
